This one in particular is a great location. The staff are very hard working, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

“Iam writing today to complain about the poor service I have received at New York ave U Store far as the elevator. Which have been on and off inoperative for several months. Before this current management, there was less problems. I am a disabled veteran. And the elevator. It's very helpful because of my medical condition. Just recently, both elevators were broke. I had a difficult time trying to maneuver my items. Which caused pain throughout my body. I'm a faithful customer and I do appreciate the staff work. I'm seeking compensation for the loss of work wages. Lost.
And body pain. Yesterday the right elevator went out. I had to call 911.Because a gentleman fainted on the first floor. This letter will be forwarded.

“I love that their locations are conveniently located across the city but this location specifically is easy to access and very bright and clean. They have supplies on hand and have always made it easy to access the facility.”

Cons:
-Rear camera misleading: When backing or parking it shows cars behind you as if they're far when in reality they're very close!”

“I've rented trucks and equipment from this location twice in the past month and they have been absolutely WONDERFUL!!! The staff inside were super helpful when I couldn't figure out the app and explained everything well, and Alvin (helped outside picking/dropping off) was friendly and fast both times I returned equipment so I could get back on my way. They all made a stressful time a very positive one!”
“I’d like to see the mobile check-in feature be more seamless, as it seems pointless to do everything online (including check-in), only to have to go into the store and complete and/or submit additional information.
That said, the gentleman working outside that helped me retrieve my vehicle on Friday. October 11th, was incredibly kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I’be forgotten his name by the time I remembered to write this post, but I wanted to make sure that he was acknowledged for his kindness and professionalism. “The gentlemen were incredibly professional. We appreciated the approach of surveying what was moving and what was remaining, and also on arrival to new home. I appreciated the senior veterans of the group who spoke up and gave good corrective feedback in realtime and taught the less seasoned members of the team. They were all very respectful of our new space- taking off shoes etc to enter carpeted areas. They worked hard and efficiently, and cleaned as they went. They worked well together as a team, with positive energy and communication. They listened to each other and helped each other out. We could not have been happier with our move, and nothing is broken!”
