She ran some diagnostics and made an appointment for me for the same day to have a technician come by.The techs, Julian and Jason were professional, courteous and efficient. They noticed some issues with the wiring and so redid the cables coming into the house and they made sure everything was working properly and I was satisfied before leaving.
