Shortly after a recent software upgrade I noticed all my Calendar and Events were gone! Needless to say I was frantic because my entire life events are stored on my iOS calendar. Went online had excellent assistance with Chat feature, was then moved up to a tech, we spoke via phone and almost immediately the problem was resolved and all my data was back. Very pleased with the exceptional customer service support. Thank you!”

The company cricket itself is trash.
My partner and I were in a boating accident and lost access to our phones one being completely fried from the water and one being at the bottom of the lake somewhere. They had put us through hoops to give our number transfer pin. Literally when someone is going through the traumatic event of losing everything on board and swimming for our lifes, we now have to fight to get our telephone number to go somewhere else. Because I pay monthly for insurance, and when it comes down for them to replace the phone they want 250 and it's for a used phone ... seriously that ridiculous! So I went somewhere else and the obstacles course cricket put us through was complete hell. I hope yall realize what an amazing employee you have on your hands. Jose knew I was an emotional wreck and was trying to be very comforting and was unbelievably helpful got me in to speak to someone, since I didn't have access to a cricket line to do this he made it to where I had an order for a transfer pin.within 3 hours my pin that I had been fighting for for a week was in my hand. Seth started our experience off wonderfully when my husband called before we came in to let him know we were bringing our uncle in, who suffers from dementia and Alzheimer’s, and we needed to get him switched from android to Apple, but needed it to be smooth and seamless since he can get easily confused and agitated. Seth was amazing and assured my husband that they had the items we were looking for and would be able to take care of everything.
When we got in, Seth was helping another couple (who had a very complicated set of needs and he was beautifully patient, kind, and incredibly helpful to them), so we were helped by Kyle.
Kyle was a true saint. Under the best of circumstances, this would be a frustrating and long process, but add in medical complications, and this could have been a disaster. Kyle seemed to understand the value of not over complicating anything and truly made this switch pleasant. It’s worth noting that my uncle was NOT excited to change platforms, but we needed it for the sake of being able to utilize the amazing Apple to Apple locational services.
On top of the exemplary service in getting the right devices and without complications, Kyle spent so much time to set up the new devices to not just be ready, but be useful. My uncle walked out of their store with his new devices as identical as possible to the ones he walked in with, and that value to someone who needs consistency cannot be over stated.
I literally teared up at how kind and patient this whole team was to each and every customer that walked in.

And long before Sprint was purchased by T-Mobile, the plans were budget-friendly, the phones were solid, the reception was a little spotty in the rural areas, and our last 4G ?phones lasted almost 4 years!!! But they were finally dying. ? We decided it was time for New Phones! ? Thank you T-Mobile for the much-improved signal, and now with 5G, we have NO DEAD SPOTS! ? The audio is Incredible! The Motorola 5G phones are a Great Upgrade from our old LG 4G. And the Talk, Text and Data Plans and Perks have only gotten Better!!! We Love Boost and Highly Recommend Them! ?”

There is a kiosk if you need to make payments as apposed to paying online. They stay busy so be prepared to wait at least an hour before you get taken care of.”
