After going to 3 different vets, Dr Goracke figured out the issue! He spent ample time with us explaining the disease process and explained in a way I could understand. Recently in the midst of the move and stress associated with that, we had to put our cat down. The team was very empathetic, understanding, helpful and caring during this difficult time. They didn’t even take payment on the day she passed. When we arrived to pay and pick her up we were given an extra special gift of her paw prints in clay, ashes in a beautiful box and they even mailed us a card after her passing. We can’t thank the staff enough for the care they gave Tiger and our family.

I had to board my cat Hero with Maggie and her staff (Nicole, Tasha, Zinga and Heidi) for approximately 6 to 7 weeks and I will be honest I was nervous because he has never spent more than a day or two away from me and this was going to be the first time that this was gonna happen and I’ve had him for 10 years now and I will tell you this all my fears were alleviated by Maggie and her staff. They just did for him and made him feel like he was in his own kingdom and their boarding facility, which has a ton of toys has enough space for him. He has places to recline. He even has a perched view that he now uses, and I have been able to see him on a regular basis and it is awesome. I thought he was going to not be happy but other than just not being happy that I’m not there all the time he is doing wonderful with them. He is active. He has put on weight so Maggie feeds take care of them food wise, which is amazing and everybody that has come in contact with him has also done amazing Job so all in all if you need someplace to board your cat for any length of time, I highly recommend them they will make sure that when you get your cat back your cats’s not gonna be happy leaving them

Yes i love the food and it’s great food but it was just the principle of the thing she clearly see 2” left….??♂️
