It was my dog's first visit to a vet clinic, and they handled him beautifully. They followed up promptly with the blood results and radiographs.
The clinic is easy to find, with a nice quiet parking lot and beautiful view over the lake.

Having a frenchie is hard and can be stressful. Top quality care that you can TRUST, quick visits and a peaceful environment is so important to us.

They squeezed us in, they were totally on top of everything from start to finish, they made my cat feel comfortable and safe. They acted quickly and were able to figure out what was going on and get my kitty the right care. The whole staff was lovely and the doctor was thorough. You can tell that everyone here is truly invested in helping our fur babies. They are transparent and upfront about costs too, which I loved. Very reasonable pricing (I have been totally price gauged in the past - this was not like that). This was also the first time my cat ever came back happy from the vet! Cannot thank you all enough.

Florida Animal Dentistry
3006 S Dixie Hwy, West Palm BeachOur little cat, Charlie, was terribly uncomfortable due to juvenile gingivitis/stomatitis. Our vet referred us to someone else who we saw but we’re not comfortable with. I found Florida Animal Dentistry online and gave them a call- what a difference! Dr. Wiegand and his wife, Susie, do an amazing job caring for these animals. He is a board certified animal dentist (unlike the individual we had been referred to initially) and he really spends time explaining everything so you know what to expect. Additionally, the cost for this surgery is high however Dr Wiegand charged us HALF of what the other vet was going to charge us. They completed the surgery on a Friday and then kept Charlie for a number of days, keeping us informed on his progress. The whole process was so well planned and thought out. Susie was incredibly helpful with the transition to home which can be difficult. Charlie is now home- happy and comfortable and we feel so much better to know that he is not suffering in pain! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

He had an exam, bldwrk, urinalysis, and it was determined Shadow had a UTI which we were given antibiotics for and I was so relieved it wasn't anything worse. This place is EPIC! Starting from the front desk staff, I'm sorry I didn't remember the names to the young lady who brought him back.. they were very welcoming. Dr. DeRooy was very informative and I think we found our new Vet! Recommend to anyone -well worth the visit! Thank you!!

2254 N Military Trl, West Palm BeachThe manager Desiree at Pet Paradise definitely deserves a raise or promotion. I had left my cat in their care for an extended period of time over the holidays. She is very feisty and doesn’t typically do well without me. With that being said my cat refused to eat or use the litter box for a period of time. Desiree reached out to me and informed me of the situation. We thought we were going to have to take her to the ER and I was about to end my trip early. Upon reaching out Desiree came up with a genius idea to get the cat to eat. She put tuna in her food and had to place it in front of her. From then on Desiree continued texting me video updates of my cat eating off her personal cell phone during hours that the business was closed, as I was on a different time zone. I have worked with clients for years customer service sadly has died over the years. That is not the case with Desiree. Desiree went above and beyond to help ease both my cats stress and mine. I really appreciate the texts off the clock :) I’m throughly convinced that if anyone else had been a manager I would of had to end the trip early. I really appreciate her care and concern, and extra steps of customer service for my furry baby. Pet Paradise you have an outstanding employee! Thank you again Desiree.

I had worked with trainers in the past, and had been disappointed, so I was skeptical at first, but after seeing Tiffany's YouTube video demonstrating her training with a 7 month old puppy, my jaw dropped, and I knew she was the one for me! I took Harley to see her at 10 weeks of age for a puppy consultation. She took to Tiffany immediately, and Tiffany's genuine love for dogs was so apparent. The puppy consultation went so well, and everything she taught me was so helpful at home. Once Harley was 5 months old, I took her back to Tiffany for the "10 day loose leash board and train" program. She is amazing!!! Harley loved her, and Tiffany really knows how to connect with and train dogs. I could not believe the transformation in Harley from beginning to end. Watch one of Tiffany's videos on YouTube, and you'll see what I mean. I can't recommend her enough!!!

My wife insisted that we get a "barking alarm system" (her words) and my only request was that the dog had to get along with our (then) three cats. If there was the slightest problem, the dog goes back to the shelter. Cats were here first. So I walk in the door after a trip (to Caracas, Venezuela if you must know) and the dog is there. My boy, the senior cat, jumps up on the counter. He gets my attention, looks at me, looks at the dog, looks at me, and then SMACKS the dog hard on the nose. Poor Baby (yes, we called her Baby) yelps and goes running off to her crate. And my boy looked at me and with his expression said, "And that's how it's going to be." And it was. Baby was never a problem. She knew that she was never going to be the alpha in the house but wow, did she guard. A Belgian Mallinois (like a German Shepherd), she was protective as heck with a deep growl, a tremendously scary bark and while we never saw her bite, it was clear that she would kill to defend her pack. We lost Baby in 2011 but continue to support the mission of Peggy Adams. Even though we haven't lived in Florida since 2001, they're still on our regular donation list, to honor our wonderful Baby. Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control
7100 Belvedere Rd, West Palm BeachI wrote a negative review this morning about my recent experiences that I have encountered with the dark-haired woman who scowls at people who enter the facility. I am compelled to rewrite this review because my concerns were addressed by her superior. Please do not let this woman sway you from donating to this facility. They do appreciate all of their donations.
