My new iphone that the corporate store in Geneva provided me with was defective and was refusing to help me telling me I had to go to Apple... even though I was in my 30 day window of the purchasing the new phone. She was able to get me a new iphone that worked perfectly within two days and installed everything perfectly! BELLA ROCKS! I have been going to this store for close to 17 years ... I'll NEVER STRAY again... PROMISE!!!”

“Andy fixed my son’s screen by replacing it. iPhone 17, with giant white strip down the face of the screen. The only option was to replace. The fee was reasonable $250 all in and much less than replacing a 4 month old phone.
If the replacement screen had been in stock it would have been even quicker. Once in stock (2 days later) I dropped the phone off at 1:30pm. By 3:05pm same day, the phone was ready. The tech also communicated clearly and left me a message about the ordered screen being delivered as expected. Overall great job quick and done well. Thanks!”

“Stopped in here to investigate watch options for my nine year old today. Got quick, thorough information. The young guy (w/ dark curly hair) told me UP FRONT about the related fees! He also didn't put any pressure on with "limited time deal" gimmicks. Just normal, good service. I probably wouldn't be so impressed if I had never been to the Russell owned store in Sugar Grove in the past, but here we are. Thanks for being good and normal.”
