Facility: State of the Art (very clean, smells nice, little food shop, always decorated for holidays. Drinks are offered. Huge dogs areas with high ceilings and super ventilation, special vacuums to clean after dogs, each sector is supervised by a separate person, separate backyard which is fenced for dogs to play outside, adjacent wooded area where the trainers walk dogs on leash)
Staff: Very friendly and always there to answer all your questions and concerns you might have.
Trainers: Nofo- # 1 professional in training dogs (i call him magician, because dogs listen to him from the first moment they see him) Christa- amazing trainer that is very kind and helpful.
When i got my dog daughter Polina i had to find a place for her to stay during the day. K-9 took her when she was 5 month old and i had a lot of concerns starting from feeding, training etc- as dog parents we would like to bring up a nice, obedient and friendly dog. K-9 family helped me avery step of that journey starting from personal training sessions, aguility classes and i am very thankful for that from the bottom of my heart.
If you have concerns or need a nice, clean, friendly place for your dog K 9 is your best choice! I also forgot to mention that they have Grooming Salon as well. Its ONE STOP SHOP for all your dog's needs!

3976 IL-22, Long GroveEmily and Aimee are the best! I've been taking my yorkipoo, Canelo, here since we got him back in 2022. I was the nervous first time dog mom who didn't want to leave him (like a crazy person). They were patient with me and assured me he was in good hands! They start off the first time cut with a simple bath and trim to get the pup comfortable with the experience. Every time after that has gotten easier and easier. He's still a nervous boy but I don't think that'll change. I just trust he's in good hands with Emily always! I'd recommend this place to any pet owner.

It was like a scene out of texas chainsaw 2 as this was no regular pooch place as this was a place meant for the dead. My little brother has been missing for several months and i found his dead carcass hanging from the floorboards in the attic. What a horror is was! The busted pipes did keep everything clean, including my precious pumpkin, a 1 year old poodle. 4 stars

It was unbiasedly to BEST broasted chicken we have tasted in years. The service was perfect; checkin, but not hovering. Each of us will be returning and bringing others along. Parking is adequate. A four star winner!

My best one is roasted lavender latte and honey lavender latte both cold and hot. It's a little little small coffee shop with cozy and comfortable seating. They typically have only two staff members one is the cashier another one is the barista but they are very quick. You will like the whole environment inside and outside the coffee shop. We also tried their blueberry muffin yesterday. It was also very fresh and yummy. I highly recommend this coffee shop.
