Dr. Williams called us after the procedure and kept us informed at every step of the way. Our cat developed some symptoms while in recovery, which Dr. Williams took very seriously. We are SO GRATEFUL for her attentiveness and genuine kindness. We felt very confident that he was in good hands with Dr. Jeanine Williams. Highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Tripathi takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I fully understand what’s going on with my pet, which I really appreciate. I’ve never felt rushed, and all of my questions are answered with patience and care. On top of that, the pricing is very fair, especially for the quality of care provided. I’ve learned a lot as a pet owner just from the way things are explained, and I feel confident bringing my pet here every time. 10/10 would recommend!

My dog Bella had an emergency Monday morning, scared and unsure what was going on, she is only 6 years old. The staff was great getting me in asap to get a diagnosis. After a few tests we were told our dog had Bladder Stones and needed surgery.
Dr. Flahaven did an emergency surgery that same afternoon to remove many large bladder stones. The surgery went well and he covered everything from diet to meds and recovery. Thank you for saving our little Bella life. We are so grateful to have such an experienced, compassionate and professional team at Deer Grove for all our vet care.

Overall the time we took him there we were very happy with the staff/owner and services. We also appreciated the flexibility of when we could bring him. Eventually we brought his brother a few times which he loved too! We were sad to move as we could no longer bring them. Thank you again to everyone at Doggie Playhouse! Highly recommend! The smell when you walk in is definitely noticeable--very much that fresh, oily fried dough scent--but the display cases looked great and everything was nicely presented. There's seating inside, and I appreciated that the tables weren't packed too closely together. It felt comfortable and not overcrowded. They had about 7-8 varieties of pączki to choose from. I grabbed a dozen rose (a classic go-to for me) and also tried the limoncello and the caramel bacon. The limoncello was really good--the custard lemon filling inside was flavorful and smooth. The rose was delicious, just how it should be. The caramel bacon was something new for me; it had that savory-sweet combo that's definitely a specific taste. Not for everyone, but interesting to try! Overall, a solid spot to grab pączki for Fat Tuesday.

There is plenty of space, so we've never really had to wait to sit (even with large parties), but the restaurant does get pretty busy. One big thing to note, this place is cash only. We love getting #27 (grilled pork chop with honey sausage). The pork chop is tasty, decent portions. You can pour this sweet sauce over your rice. And my kids always love the honey sausage. Another go to is #25, the Bun combo shrimp, lemongrass pork, and egg roll. Pour that same sweet sauce over this noodle and mix! It's mixed with chopped lettuce which makes the dish a room temperature meal. Noodle and meat/shrimp/eggroll are hot, but the lettuce is cold. I probably didn't make that sound good but it's a really good combination. We also get different types of Pho here. You can pretty much get whatever combination of meat you want even though that combination is not listed. Staff is friendly here. Wish it were a little brighter though.

I recommend calling to make an appointment if you are in search of a kitten or cat. There are many that need a forever home.

570 N Smith St, PalatineIt's only been 2 weeks since I adopted Capone (Cappy) .Lori and the staff. Were great. I was looking at a few different dogs. And after talking with Lori. Cappy was the best choice. They listen to what i wanted and found me a buddy. They really CARE ABOUT THE DOGS, and want to find the best match. And they did.!!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.. Talk with them and you'll get a great out come.
