I'm also really glad they supply you with some bedding for the hamsters gunneia pigs and other animals in their carrier box so they are nice and cozy.

They seem to get a large shipment of them in and they just let the die slowly in the tiny clear plastic containers I’m sure everyone’s seen. It’s sad. Wish they could do something about that.

Snickers is a 13 year old Cockapoo with a list of ailments…arthritis, skin growths, heart murmur, heart issues, anxiety, skin issues with shaving, etc. Amanda listened to all of these issues with true concern and understood that just cuz our dog was elderly didn’t mean he didn’t deserve to be treated with gently hands. She even gave me advice on how to continue grooming him. Attached is a picture of him right after … he is smiling!!! I highly recommend Amanda if u have an elderly dog!

The service was great, and they offered excellent recommendations. I love their lunch menu--it's inexpensive for the quality and quantity of food you get. I definitely recommend checking it out! I also loved their koi pond and the private rooms where you take off your shoes before dining. They even provide warm towels to clean your hands before the meal. I'll definitely be back!

For a breakfast sandwich joint, I would have expected them to be nearer to Streets of Woodfield or an area with walkable shopping/Ie high transit/ closer to a major thoroughfare. Namely because, this is a chain that was born from LA. There is brand recognition via social media and tourists would try to visit especially if they were located closer to known hubs. Food is gluttonous, rich, sleep inducing. Half a sandwich with a side and addition of the right brew, those flavors can send you. I read reviews before stopping so I opted for an iced coffee. They offer a chicory blend which, assumed, could be La Fin due monde (New Orleans) though they don't make mention of it. Personally, the burger option breakfast sandwich was best. The sandwich is basic. Fluffy, whipped egg with an extraordinary amount of butter. Whichever toppings you add is basic. Ie avocado is sliced and topped not found throughout the sandwich. Same goes for seasonings and bacon. On my last & first visit, the clerk had forgotten to pack a side salad for me. I was already twenty minutes away and called seeking a refund. Rather than refunding to my cc she wanted to add my name to some list and keep a salad ready for a future visit. Shaking my head. I haven't any need for another go and if that credit could transfer would be more useful at a Chicago location.

Everything was delicious, timely, and provided with great service. Going so close to Halloween felt like a treat with all the decorations on top of the “normal” decor. What a fun place to try and would recommend to anyone!

The first one was awesome, so I ordered another but it came completely watered down with no spice. It was almost like the bartender used a new glass but bumped the leftover of my old glass into the new glass and added just a splash of tequila. Was a complete $13 waste. Very disappointing
