301 8th St SW, AltoonaWe bought one of their cat towers. They are built way more sturdy than all the others you see at the name brand pet stores. Our cats had worn out their previous one which had become extremely wobbly. Knowing this one will last a lot longer made it worth the price.

3070 8th St SW, AltoonaI would highly recommend going here! Everyone is very professional and helpful. I was met with a smile by The receptionist Katie and she got me checked in and I was in an Exam room within minutes. The tech I had was named Kenzie and she was lovely throughout the whole visit! I was given an estimate of the visit in the exam room before the doctor coming in which I appreciated a lot. It’s nice to know what to expect. The doctor that took care of my dog was named Dr. Williams and he was fantastic! My dog is a bit shy and he was so welcoming and comforting to her. The exam was thorough and the dr made sure to answer all my questions and educate me on next steps for my baby! On top of the exceptional customer care/ pet care I received, this clinic is very clean and organized. If you’re needing somewhere to take your pet, take them to Altoona Veterinary Hospital!

5555 NE 88th St, AltoonaWe adopted our Emmie from Anna. Not only is she a beautiful dog but she has a sweet disposition. In public she developed reactive behaviors barking at people and other animals that she saw. We enrolled her in Adelhorst’s board and train to address those behaviors. The training that was provided to Emmie and ourselves went beyond our expectations. Emmie stayed a little longer that the two weeks we originally scheduled and now that she is home we are having great success with taking her in public. She has a good start with walking successfully at our side. She can ride in the car without barking at everyone and every dog that we pass. She will drive through a drive up and sit quietly while we receive our food. She sat quietly in the car while we did a grocery pick up and a stranger loaded the bags into the back of the car. We are very pleased with the improvements that we see in Emmie. We look forward to continuing to work with Anna to make Emmie the best dog she can be. Thank you Anna.

Prices are higher than your average fast food but worth it once in awhile. If you like spicy try the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Fries are fried perfectly and seasoned well.
