“I needed to ship two big, fragile items so looked around at DSM packaging companies. I'm not confident of the packing ability at the normal shippers and Jeff received good reviews. I took in a 40" copper flower man, complete with glass balloons, and a 56" mid-century modern slat bench my dad made. Both arrived without issue at my home in Maryland. Excellent job from Jeff.”

“the staff was extra helpful here! they took extra time to problem solve a scanning label error for me and i was very appreciative! they were very knowledgeable so it only took them a few tries to solve the issue but i had other stores refuse to even try to help.would go out of my way to come back to this store vs closer ones
pro tip: if your label isn’t scanning try filling in any missing gaps in the barcode with black pen!”

“First off - it was super cold inside. Temperature was set at 64.5 degrees when I walked in on a hot August day. Employees have to wear layers and/or move constantly to keep warm in there I’m guessing.
Second - I’ve personally received great assistance. Don’t have the name of the employee, but she did a great job by being courteous, knowledgeable and speedy. Very grateful to have the help when you need it!”

“Out of all of the locations in the area, this Post Office is the best! I have to go in every month to certify a STACK of letters, and there girls here make it quick, easy, and share some laughs while doing it. I have never experienced such great customer service until I started going to this location. Big props to Kristy for getting my stack of the month done in just 15 minutes, when it normally takes 30-45! Everyone at this location deserves a well needed vaca for all that they handle for us! “Nicole with great customer service. I was there on Friday looking for my Apple Watch because the shipper put in the wrong home address. She actually went and looked for it and couldn’t find it, then realized that it was in Grimes facility. She told me to leave my phone number and she would reach out to me. I thought like the majority of the places that they don’t care once the customer leaves, but no, she actually did received a call from Grimes like 20 min latter and the manager from the facility, held it for me until I went there and picked it up that evening. Great customer service.”
“I receive my mail out of this post office facility. My mail delivery people are nice, efficient and they have 99% accuracy in delivery of correct items. I seldom go to the actual location but when I have the staff have been very nice and eager the assist me.”
