“Guys this is the hot set up . First it’s Enterprise and their fleet of cars , second the staff is small but mighty ; I saw more than one employee multi-task. Third they know their business and customers, like I said a well kept Des Moines secret .
I cannot tell you how flattering it is to be greeted by my name . I use them frequently but pretty much it’s the same all round . The downtown shop is the place to rent a car .”
“During an unexpected car accident Austin at the Euclid Ave location in Des Moines, Iowa was extremely helpful and exceeded my expectations , we had the rental car for 2900 miles over two months, during that time he went over and above from what I would expect from a rental car company. We returned the car after hours on Saturday and got an very unexpected call from Tramel on Sunday while the location was closed just to let me know there were no concerns with the car and everything was taken care of as far as charges. I have rented cars for travel in the past many times but never had a positive experience as this was. Thanks again to Austin and Tramel.”
“Over-billed me. I returned the car at 5:23 a.m. Just got emailed a receipt that says I returned the car at 10:51 pm. They charged me for an extra day that I didn't have the car and now nobody will answer the phone. I've called multiple times and waited on hold and they just keep hanging up the phone on me. Total scam. Be careful when you return the car. Don't trust anybody. Demand a receipt right then on the spot.

“In Des Moines, a young man named Arsenio, is the reason l will choose Alamo again. They were very busy but he kept us updated as to what was going on, he and the whole staff in Des Moines do right by your customers and your company.”
“All of the staff, from beginning to the end of my appointment, were great! They explained everything, making sure I understood things. And they did a great job installing the EZ lock on the wheelchair. They even oiled the ramp and checked everything out! We are VERY lucky to have Cummings Mobility so close to home.”

“Got into DSM and unfortunately there was a long wait (2 hours or so) to get my vehicle. Vanessa and her coworker were very apologetic, kind, and explained the situation of the wait. They offered to cancel it for free with no attitude or frustration, they were both very professional and polite. I was in no rush so I waited. They upgraded me to an SUV for the inconvenience and were working hard to get through the list of people. The manager and other staff members were coming in and out of the parking lot doing their best to speed up the process. During one moment, a man raised his voice and was very disrespectful to the ladies. They were not rude or disrespectful and told him that he could get his vehicle somewhere else if he was going to be rude. I know tensions can get high but the ladies were incredibly professional even when getting yelled at by this disrespectful man. They did the best they could, it's not like they had a magic wand! Even if folks were coming up multiple times to see where their name was on the list, the ladies were still very professional. It's unfortunate when there is a long wait and no cars when you need them but the customer service was excellent. I will be using them again in my annual visit to Iowa. Thanks again ladies, you rock!”

“This place is incredible.
Enterprise left us stranded I walked into this place. They had me in a rental in under 30 minutes and I didn’t even call ahead of time cause I was stranded.
Me and my aunt were on our way to Washington state from Ohio when a deer ran into us crossing the expressway we were going the speed limit which was 75 the car could no longer steer The tow truck guys went out of their way to make sure we arrived safe after we had three different enterprise lead us on I walked in and I told him I know I don’t have an appointment. It has been a crazy morning. We are trying to get to Washington and back home which was a 70 Hour Dr. in total and he had me in a rental in under 30 minutes, which was absolutely incredible… I don’t know this man’s name, but he was a tall, black gentleman and I’ll never forget his kindness. I hope you see this. Thank you so much again. Corina”

“When we got to the Des Moines airport the line of 12 people in front of the wife to get a car. Line moved fast enough. Got a red Mitsubishi Outlander. Wife hated the shift lever. Otherwise, didn’t have any issues with the car. Loved having the back up camera and the SiriusXM radio. No morning talk shows, no commercials. Easy enough returning the car also. No extra charges so far. Rented the car June 20 to 25.”
