“I can not say enough about Greenstate credit union, specifically the urbandale location. Walking in there, it’s such an up beat and welcoming environment. The staff is always so willing to help and so friendly!! We live in grimes and would rather drive to urbandale just because of the atmosphere!!”

“My parents recently moved to Urbandale and needed to open an account and a safe deposit box. I called several banks/credit unions and found the large boxes were quite scarce. On this preliminary call I found there was one at Community. The young lady I spoke to was kind enough to hold it for one hour, giving us a chance to get there to secure it.The computers were a bit uncooperative that day, but no fault of the staff. We are always treated respectfully when visiting and I would highly recommend.”
