“Deshaun greeted us immediately and listened even as we got a little long winded on what we were looking for. Both my daughter and I got a new phone and he made sure we were each happy with the options we selected for our phones and accessories. Even after we made a choice and changed our minds, he was patient and explained the choices again. Deshaun was professional yet made the experience fun. I didn’t need to switch my phone along with my daughter but did because the option to speak with a human vs an automated service on an 800 # is worth a little extra a month. I will recommend his exemplary service to anyone who asks.”
“After being treated very rudely by the T-Mobile employee across the street and being told we couldn't setup phone service. I walked across the street to U.S. Cellular to see what they could do. As soon as walking in they greeted me. Selena assisted us with phone service setup. Not one time did Selena try to find a reason to not help us like the rude T-Mobile lady. She was kind and interested in assisting with getting my clients phone setup.

While everyone was friendly and helpful, Mathew spent a lot of time with us for our carrier switch of 5 lines to a business account and upgrades. He is very thorough and knowledgeable about T-Mobile services and his positive and upbeat demeanor made what could have been an exhausting process a pleasant experience in the end.”
“Great staff! So helpful and willing to work with people...if you can be respectful and understanding yourself that is. Several options to get your loans. Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”

“Hannah was fantastic to work with. My husband and I had our internet connection from another provider cut due to construction and it wasn't able to be restored for 3-6 months. Not an option for us because we both work from home. Hannah to the rescue! Not only was she extraordinarily kind and empathetic to our situation, she got us set up with a new US Cellular internet connection within an hour of contacting her. She was working on setting us up before we even made it through the door. The connection has worked great so far, and I definitely plan to return to Hannah when it's time for a new phone.”
