“Noah Seniva was the associate who helped me today. My partner of 31 years had died, and I wanted his voicemail saved to a file on my phone, so I could listen to it. Noah did that for me, he switched the account to just my phone, and he dealt with customer service about an outstanding bill. This last thing was time consuming, not the least because he was put on hold for quite awhile. He was patient and competent through all these procedures and was kind to me during something that was very sad for me. You have a fine young man representing your store in Noah.”

“I am writing about my amazing experience at the T-Mobile store on 42nd Street in Des Moines. Although I am an intelligent older woman who has a background in many areas (ie music, art), technical issues are not my strong forte. I purchased a new phone and an iPad at T-Mobile over the last few days. I want to recommend a wonderful "Mobile Expert" at the 42nd Street store. How fortunate I was to be helped by John Eisenlauer! He helped me get set up on my new phone and iPad and also answered the many questions I had. He was truly an expert and was kind, generous and helpful with my confusion about technical issues. “I typically dread going into the cell phone store bc whatever issue or question I have, it always seems to end up with me paying more money and not being satisfied. Well that streak ended recently when I went to the US Cellular store on valley west drive in West Des Moines. The gentleman that took care of me was named Wya Lukery. He was professional, courteous and most importantly he was efficient in handling my issue and resolving it quickly. I walked out with a new phone since I broke mine with no insurance and a case for $32 owned outright. I'm a prepaid customer so this wasn't with a new 2 yr contract. This was a huge discount and I'm so appreciative of him for helping me out. Make sure you ask for him next time you stop in

“Our customer experience with representatives of this T-Mobile location has been outstanding. Most notably, Mathew Dudek was the associate we worked directly with. While everyone was friendly and helpful, Mathew spent a lot of time with us for our carrier switch of 5 lines to a business account and upgrades. He is very thorough and knowledgeable about T-Mobile services and his positive and upbeat demeanor made what could have been an exhausting process a pleasant experience in the end.”

Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”

“I recently moved to a rural area and cell phone signal was intermittent at best. Multiple contacts with my long time carrier left me frustrated and angry so I visited other carriers without success. No one was actually listening to me, I didn't want high speed this and extreme that, just a basic service without all of the bells and whistles. I was done paying well over $100 a month for nothing and was given one sales pitch after another by people talking over my head, my former carrier being worst of all. It was SUCH a relief when I came to the T-Mobile store, Rome and David provided me with outstanding customer service, patient and informative, and had my service switched in minutes at less than a third of what I'd been paying. I arrived home to the best cell phone signal I've had in nearly a year as a very happy senior!”
