“I needed to ship two big, fragile items so looked around at DSM packaging companies. I'm not confident of the packing ability at the normal shippers and Jeff received good reviews. I took in a 40" copper flower man, complete with glass balloons, and a 56" mid-century modern slat bench my dad made. Both arrived without issue at my home in Maryland. Excellent job from Jeff.”

“Highly recommend! I needed a single print of a wedding photo and did not want to purchase my own photo paper and use my own printer ink, so I took an electronic copy of the photo to this store and gladly paid the fee for printing. The manager greeted us, and very kindly helped to crop and print the photo even though photo printing is supposed to be "self-service" at this store. Very helpful, they deserve your business.”

“Abby K Who is the postal worker who delivers our mail to our building Is fantastic and she would say she’s just doing her job but she chooses to do a class Grace And kindness which she does not have to do she chooses to do that and getting to run into her from time to time when she’s delivering, our mail has been a joy. I pray the USPS will take great care of her because she’s a precious asset!

“It's conveniently located near my residence. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. I've been receiving my mail and packages at this store for close to 20 years. Rick on the staff there has always looked after my needs and tried to help me with any Issues I might have. He would be might go to person if I had an issue, It's a small business and the owners are primarily at their Ankeny store, so they are not usually available. Like most service oriented businesses they've gone through lots of staff, Rick has remained a constant. Having said that all the staff I have dealt with have by-and-large have done there best to try and help me in any way that they can. They offer me what I need a place to receive and send packages from and hold my mail.”
“Splendid service, overall. I say this as someone who’s used this place many times over the past ten years— for everything from copying to mailing to packaging to faxing overseas. Never a problem. The UPS store is an invaluable local resource.”
“I retired from the US Postal Service. I try to go to different office. Just to see what the service is like. There are 5 offices that I visit on a regular basis. The office in Waukee, the Clive office, Urbandale office, 86th street and Main office Downtown. There is still great.”
“People come to Google maps when they have one bad experience to leave 1 star cause they are upset. If you go here regularly, it's not bad.

“Tabitha is perhaps the kindest postal employee we’ve ever encountered. There was an issue with our mailbox key and packages were getting lost. She went out of her way to track down all of our stuff and sorted our issues with a smile. Thank you Tabitha!!”
“I frequent this store because it’s close to my house. The ladies that work there are always friendly and helpful to me. I’ve had to print some things and ship some packages. I don’t mind the $2 tape fee when I forget to tape my package, it’s cheaper than driving home to tape it myself. I’ve seen a few crazy people come into their store and I have to say they handle them pretty well despite their bad reviews.”
“Every time I have visited this USPS location, I have only been treated with respect. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The letters and packages I’ve mailed from this location have always reached the destination by the time given on the receipt. I haven't run into many long lines either. I’m usually in and out in less than 10-15 minutes except, of course the holidays. I appreciate the thankless jobs the postal workers do especially with the cuts and longer hours. The USPS company may not be around much longer with all the technology but I hope it doesn't happen. There's nothing better than receiving a card or package from someone you care about.”
