I took in a 40" copper flower man, complete with glass balloons, and a 56" mid-century modern slat bench my dad made. Both arrived without issue at my home in Maryland. Excellent job from Jeff.”

She was the most pleasant employee Ive talked to in a long time at any Fedex location. Took the time to answer all of my questions, and she provided valuable info to me that I did not know about. “I had great service yesterday. I had a 10AM appointment I made the earliest to get fingerprints. I wanted to get them done asap for my new job, but had to be to work at 10AM at my current job. So, I just went in when they opened at 8AM and explained I have at 10:30AM so 10AM didn't work. They just said to come back at 9AM which was perfectly fine with me. I came back after 9AM and got the fingerprints done. It did not take that long. Thanks for accommodating me!”
“I use this location to drop off my Nuuly rental each month. There is always classical music playing and the owner(?) who is usually the one working is always nice.”
“Came on trying to copy something from my email, and had the most trouble to could think of. If it wasn't for the young lady working today, that went out her way to help me figure out how to do this. I probably would of gave up. Big shout out to Nina for all the help.”

“Abby K Who is the postal worker who delivers our mail to our building Is fantastic and she would say she’s just doing her job but she chooses to do a class Grace And kindness which she does not have to do she chooses to do that and getting to run into her from time to time when she’s delivering, our mail has been a joy. I pray the USPS will take great care of her because she’s a precious asset!

“I forgot my wallet once, and the lady at the counter told me not to worry about paying and to 'pass the blessing.' It was such a kind gesture, especially since USPS doesn't get much support. I came back to pay her the next day, and I really appreciate the generosity. The staff here is always amazing!”

“I come here all the time and have great service. I have been using usps for 20 years and never had issues even if I had I wouldn’t come on here and say negative things about employees. The entitlement in these review section is crazy to me.
It took more time out of your day to leave a review about a business not answering a phone than it would be to just go in. And complaining about having to wait in a line is ridiculous. Is waiting for service hard? I will continue to support my local usps”

“I frequent this store because it’s close to my house. The ladies that work there are always friendly and helpful to me. I’ve had to print some things and ship some packages. I don’t mind the $2 tape fee when I forget to tape my package, it’s cheaper than driving home to tape it myself. I’ve seen a few crazy people come into their store and I have to say they handle them pretty well despite their bad reviews.”

“Every time I have visited this USPS location, I have only been treated with respect. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The letters and packages I’ve mailed from this location have always reached the destination by the time given on the receipt. I haven't run into many long lines either. I’m usually in and out in less than 10-15 minutes except, of course the holidays. I appreciate the thankless jobs the postal workers do especially with the cuts and longer hours. The USPS company may not be around much longer with all the technology but I hope it doesn't happen. There's nothing better than receiving a card or package from someone you care about.”
