My experience with Casey’s Pizza was overall very positive. I started by calling in my order, but the automated system was a bit of a hassle—it got confused and made the process frustrating. Thankfully, once I got through to a real associate, placing the order was smooth and easy.
I ordered a pizza and chicken tenders. The wait time was reasonable, and when I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized the facility was. The customer service was excellent—friendly and helpful throughout.
The food was great, and I’d definitely bring my family back here again. If they could improve the phone ordering system, it would be a five-star experience.”

“I stopped by Kum & Go late one night, and I had a mostly great experience. The young man working the counter—who, I must say, was an absolute sexy muffin—provided excellent service. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly. Even wishing me a happy holidays!
The only downside to my visit was the excessively loud music in the store. It was hard to hear him over the noise, which was especially challenging because my hearing aids are sensitive. When I asked if he could turn it down, he explained that the volume knob doesn’t work and only management is allowed to adjust it. Unfortunately, there are no managers on duty during the night shift, so he wasn’t able to fix the issue.
While I completely understand that this was out of his control, it’s a bit frustrating that something so simple can’t be resolved without management present. I hope the store addresses this to improve the nighttime customer experience.
Despite that hiccup, I was impressed by the service and the dedication of the cashier. His charm and professionalism definitely made my visit worthwhile. I’ll definitely be back!”

“5 stars for Customer Service this morning! I had trouble getting printing of posters at another Walgreens because they ran out of materials. I moved my order to this location and they also were out of the materials to complete my project. Andy searched for other materials in store, printed my images and we figured out how to improvise a solution to the problem as supply chain issues were leaving them without materials to take care of my order. Thank you!”
“Came clear from out of town to meet up with my roommate in Clive before they saw Bad Omens. Very friendly cashier, clean compared to other locations compared to years ago when I lived in Des Moines. Definitely not too busy despite how crazy the weather was and all the events near by going on. Ice cold Gatorade was great just wish they'd have had a sugar free Gatorade option but if they did they were out of stock.”

“An older gentlemen on saturdays night shift took my order. He was so sweet and started making my pizza right away. A large pizza just for me because i wanted the left overs. He happily shared the best ways to reheat my pizza! Service was fast and pizza was cooked perfectly. Thank you”
“I have had great experiences at this pharmacy and specifically the pharmacy technicians have been super helpful. Even though they are super busy, they still take the time to listen to questions and get prescriptions filled in a timely manner. The technician, Gideon, has helped me out.on several occasions as I have had to use GoodRx with several medications that were not covered by my insurance, and with fixing an issue when there was a mix up on the amount of medication filled.”
“Extremely clean except for one little thing- vomit all over the women's restroom floor. I see good reviews so I am sure this isn't the norm. The main shopping area was spotless, everything stocked and in place. Friendly clerks who went to clean the restroom upon me mentioning the bathroom condition.”

“This location recently opened and sits with a block or so of a brand new Kwik Star. As with all newer locations it's an up to date store and everything from the bathrooms to the storefront itself just kind shines. Typical Casey's as far as customer service and selection. Grab a slice. If it's fresh you won't regret it!”

“I use my car as my office and so I see a lot of gas stations and most importantly their restrroms. Not only was this the cleanest and nicest Git n Go restroom I have ever used but also the best restroom in the metro area. The cashier was also very friendly.”
