“I had great service yesterday. I had a 10AM appointment I made the earliest to get fingerprints. I wanted to get them done asap for my new job, but had to be to work at 10AM at my current job. So, I just went in when they opened at 8AM and explained I have at 10:30AM so 10AM didn't work. They just said to come back at 9AM which was perfectly fine with me. I came back after 9AM and got the fingerprints done. It did not take that long. Thanks for accommodating me!”

“I really like the Johnston post office. That staff consistently makes an effort to be pleasant and keep the lines moving. It is certainly a busy place with passport service, but I dont have to schedule an extra half hour to mail a package like some locations.”

“It's conveniently located near my residence. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. I've been receiving my mail and packages at this store for close to 20 years. Rick on the staff there has always looked after my needs and tried to help me with any Issues I might have. He would be might go to person if I had an issue, It's a small business and the owners are primarily at their Ankeny store, so they are not usually available. Like most service oriented businesses they've gone through lots of staff, Rick has remained a constant. Having said that all the staff I have dealt with have by-and-large have done there best to try and help me in any way that they can. They offer me what I need a place to receive and send packages from and hold my mail.”

“I frequent this store because it’s close to my house. The ladies that work there are always friendly and helpful to me. I’ve had to print some things and ship some packages. I don’t mind the $2 tape fee when I forget to tape my package, it’s cheaper than driving home to tape it myself. I’ve seen a few crazy people come into their store and I have to say they handle them pretty well despite their bad reviews.”

“Every time I have visited this USPS location, I have only been treated with respect. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The letters and packages I’ve mailed from this location have always reached the destination by the time given on the receipt. I haven't run into many long lines either. I’m usually in and out in less than 10-15 minutes except, of course the holidays. I appreciate the thankless jobs the postal workers do especially with the cuts and longer hours. The USPS company may not be around much longer with all the technology but I hope it doesn't happen. There's nothing better than receiving a card or package from someone you care about.”
