I've previously tried getting my pet groomed at other places and they didn't go well and made the matting worse. However, Cayli took her time and really made sure not only was my baby comfortable but that I was as well. I appreciate her and her helper by making this such a stress free situation! My baby looks amazing and smells good too! Shout out to Cayli and Amber for being wonderful groomers. I HIGHLY recommend taking your pets there. They will treat you right. PS. I even was able to check out the self wash previously when my puppy had a little too much fun at the dog park! LOL the facility was really clean and the staff, who I didn't know, were very polite and helpful while I got him cleaned up! 10/10 will do again!

The pricing there is decent too, wouldn’t say it’s the cheapest vet however I feel for the quality of this vet it’s worth it.

1610 E 476th Rd, LawrenceOur Charlie girl has been boarded out here for 4 years now. Originally it was because as a hunting dog she did not get fixed until after 2. While most places require your dog to be fixed at the 6 month mark to be boarded.
Recently we have been dealing with some family health issues out of town that have required super last minute drop offs and pick ups. Peggy, Steve and the team have been very accommodating to our ever changing plans and taken care of our girl for us. Including medicine delivery twice a day. She gets so excited when I pull the bag out to pack which tells me she loves going here. ??

Triune Canine Training Center
1774 E 1200 Rd, LawrenceWe took our three year-old German Shepherd to Triune. She was an abused rescue. She was aggressive, very protective of food over our rat terrier and difficult to control. Josh kept her for a month and worked with her so much that he could take her into Lawrence and walk down the street with her. She would not leave his side. I loved going to pick her up and having Josh teach us how to manage her. He told us what to say, how to maneuver her, how to control, and how to really “love her up.” I highly recommend this place if you love your dog. We will always come back with new dogs.

525 Wakarusa Dr, LawrenceAfter a long day of travel, we stayed at the nearby Tru hotel and this place was a short walk. What a find. Service was warm and friendly. Two IPA's on tap were delicious. But, the pizza was in the top 3 that I've ever had and the other 2 might have been in NYC. We had a 12 inch - half pepperoni and half cheese. Crust was superb, thin and yet enough of a chew without being crisp. Sause was dead on. Cheese and pepperonis were great. It was around 7 at night and raining... And folks were still coming in or picking up. Obviously worth the visit!

1805 E 19th St, LawrenceThe Lawrence Humane Society is all around a good place. Lost pets go here to be found, they rescue and adopt out animals. They also provide vet services and have super helpful people who actually care about animals here. There is also resources for people to get items for their pets as well as emergency foster program and vet services. You have to apply but they items are normally up for grabs if you go to the resource side of the humane society. Sometimes stuff is outside to take as well.
