“I had an accident and had no rental coverage on my insurance policy. I had to have a car for work/life. I had a friend recommend BMC and I contacted Shawn in Newport. I was in an absolute panic. He said “don't worry we got you” immediately relieving my panic. He was willing to work with me on price to see what discounts he could give. The staff had a car ready and waiting for me the day I called.
I didn’t know how long my car would take to be fixed. I was told “it will be this Friday,” then I was told “next Friday” and so on by the company working on my car. I’d call Shawn and say I need it a little longer. He’d say “no problem.”
I can’t thank Shawn and the staff at BMC enough! They are amazing! Please call them if you need a rental!”
“My Prius died and I needed a rental car for the weekend. It was a brutal hot day! We have been renting from Enterprise on Reading in Cincinnati for a few years! I wanted something small midsize! Liked the first car but it had cigarette smell inside so I chose the second one and that was electric and not enough charge on it! So we looked at the third car! Loved it and got it! It took us 25 minutes and the sales person was kind and patient! I recommend this Enterprise on Reading Road ??”

While on vacation my Highlands off trac engine light came on. So after dropping off my truck at their service shop I stopped in to rent a vehicle. I worried considering I’m from Middle Georgia and at 41 had never rented a car. The lady that took care of was very nice and patient while I was contacting my insurance company for an insurance card (we do not have to them in car in GA. I apologized for seeming frantic I was just so nervous about my car. She assured me I was fine. She then got me lined up with a 2024 Toyota Sienna, that I honestly didn’t want to give back.
I highly recommend you do any and all car rental from this location!!”

Avis/Budget always treats me with a level of trust and will even give me free upgrades! Renting from enterprise made me appreciate Avis/Budget downtown more.”

“Cvg airport rental companies rented out our reserved car and all of their cars to Procter and Gamble stranding alot of people, but a woman from Hertz found us a car and saved our vacation!! She was an Angel!!!”

“Trisch at the preferred counter is awesome. Rented a malibu in May, got 15 minutes down the road and realized the back left tire was making an annoying noise I didn't want to deal with for my 6 hour drive. Returned the car and she upgraded me to a Volvo XC60. Trisch is the reason I'm a preferred member and a loyal AVIS customer! Rented there three times in the last two months.”

“We had an issue with our bundle airfare and car rental and we had to find a one day rental. I’ve never rented from dollar before and after reading reviews was kinda worried.
The rates were great. I loved that I was able to check in online and not have to deal with any lines or people and was able to just go straight to my car and get to getting. It was a fast and painless process.
My only issue is the car itself needed some serious maintenance. The tire had a slow leak and by morning we had to fill it up and the brakes needed replaced SO BAD!
I’d definitely use them again in a pinch!”
