“Took a friend there, she got a flip phone it's hard to get the names in, I don't know why they didn't use her sims card from the other phone, I don't think she will keep it. They told her she can go through email she doesn't do email ??????”
“Nya is amazing! I went in to upgrade my FIOS equipment and she immediately provided assistance. Unfortunately, I neglected to switch to a new router and so back to the store. Nya again came to the rescue finding my needed router at a nearby store since they were out of them. Her customer-centric, can do attitude is refreshing and resulted in a successful technological upgrade.”
