“This is by far the best Verizon store in the area! I’ve had quite a few visits for new phones, help with phones, etc. and they have been friendly and helpful each time. I was just in yesterday to replace a phone, upgrade a phone, and switch our account from a consumer line to a business line and Lexi was incredible throughout the process, even when we encountered a few hiccups with the system. Changing our account from consumer to business was quite the time consuming task but Lexi was extremely patient and explained the process thoroughly.”

“I don't do reviews unless I am upset about a company. But the two Latino young ladies did such a wonderful job for me. It wasn't my intention to leave Metro
But I went there thinking it was a Metro store.The lady that opened helped me see in my phone that I was at the wrong store and asked if I wanted to switch. We called my previous provider and got the codes to switch me over. She was thorough with everything and although other customers were coming in she was able to wait on them and still work on my switch over she had a problem transferring the apps but her associate came in and assisted with the customers and my phone and was able to get all apps transferred. I was there a little over a week ago and I wish I knew their names
But the two Latino young ladies really impressed me how diligent they are with customers and extremely knowledgeable...
I hope this Boost service is as good as those two young ladies.”
“I came in with my newborn and 1 year old when the store was very busy. The man working alone kept his cool and let customers know there may be a wait. Then they were able to get another employee to come in, Adrianna. She took care of my request for a new phone with ease, a smile, and a great personality. She engaged with my babies, was very personal, and grabbed a selection of cases/screen protectors for me to choose from while I chased my 1 year old around. She had everything done quickly and efficiently. Thank you!!”
“I can see that Kendall Biak gets plenty of good reviews. Totally justified. After the first visit I am reassured that for any repair / accessories needs it is the first place to go. Kendall knew within seconds which kind of protective case I need and installed it within minutes. She recommended the item which works great and suits my needs. Let me add that my phone is my work tool + I am doing a lot travelling so the protective cover has to be reliable. This small store has a lot of choice of other items, like for example phone attachment for vehicle. I was purchasing before protective cases and other accessories on internet - not anymore. They may be cheaper, but you do not know exactly what you are getting + installing protective screen was not easy. It needs expertise and experience what Kendall displays. Kendall should be the coach for other cellular stores. Please relate this to Kendall - You are great . Thank you - Margaret H.”

“Was very pleased with this shop. The person who works the counter was very nice and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out the on/off button had fallen off my Samsung S10+ phone. He didn't have any in stock (he checked) and quickly ordered 1 for me. Once it arrived, he called me to let me know. When I arrived, he promptly fixed my phone 📱 and phone 📱 case.
The shop doesn't look very impressive and has limited parking (I would guess no more than 6 spaces) BUT, they do good work 👍 👏 at reasonable prices. I'd recommend them if you live in the Glen Burnie area.”

My mom needed her phone on the accessibility mode and wanted password off and wanted the speaker function. He was able to complete everything and explain it and was the friendliest representative I’ve probably ever run across.
There was no sale involved. He was so helpful and I so appreciate him getting my mom’s phone exactly how she wants it and more importantly needs it ?!!! He was so friendly, fast, helpful, etc. I had to come here and tell hopefully his manager and everyone.”
