A very rude elderly woman (shame on her!) , and her two daughters , started Raising her Voice and yelling at the young female employee over something it seemed she had no Control over. it was quite a scene. But that Girl handled the whole situation with such Tact and Skill. I will Always recommend this store for their Patience and Kindness .
