“Forget any bad experience you’ve had at other UPS Stores, this location is a gem! I can’t say enough good things about this Newton branch. The staff are very friendly and helpful, plus they have an awesome self-scanning system that allows for Amazon returns, plus self-printing UPS labels for Zappos, Nike and any other company that sends pre-paid labels. I’m always in and out within minutes and see other customers with more complicated shipping needs being helped with ease. UPS Stores are franchises, so it’s like supporting a local business.”
“The delivery team was great. They provided excellent service and went through the invoice to verify all the products were included in the delivery. They pointed out where the box was torn to confirm the product wasn’t damaged. They also arrived earlier then expected, and a text was sent timely informing of their arrival.”

“I am beyond impressed with the UPS Store in Woburn, especially with Jason, who is truly exceptional. Jason is an incredibly knowledgeable and professional authorized notary—every document he has notarized for me has been accepted without any issues, which has been a huge relief. I know this because I’ve had documents notarized elsewhere that were rejected (apostille and other real estate related documents from California) but since I started going to Jason, I’ve never had a single problem. He is meticulous, efficient, and really knows his stuff. On top of that, Jason, along with the rest of the team, provides such efficient and friendly service. Whether I’m shipping packages, or getting documents notarized, they always ensure everything is done right and fast. The store is well-organized and clean. I can’t recommend this location enough! Jason and the Woburn UPS Store team, hands down, are the best I have seen in the business - not amongst UPS stores but also all logistics businesses I have been to.”

“Becky at this Woburn store was so helpful. I had a box of Verizon equipment to return following their instructions to just "bring to any UPS store". Becky helped me understand the additional information needed and I was able to easily find it on another piece of paper in the box (hint: the "MA" number). With that number she took care of it all. Done. Easy.
Why is this so special? Because three days earlier, I took same box to UPS in Arlington Heights. They made me leave. "what were they supposed to do?". Told me to call Verizon. They were supposed to be like Becky in Woburn.”

“The employees at this UPS are truly the epitome of above and beyond. There was a line due to the Amazon kiosk being down, and the employees stayed calm while trying to additionally assist myself and others waiting for the kiosk. I quickly learned about the nuisances and complications of shipping a package to Canada, which is international, and the amount of in-head knowledge this job requires. The employees were so patient and reasonable with the customers, who were frustrated at not understanding cost, etc. Both customers by the end were happy and delighted by the help and resolution they got from the employees.
Normally, you'd probably think - why write a review for a UPS? But the service from the employees was so 'above and beyond' that it needed to be recognized.”

“Excellent staff and very quick service. My relatives always complain about the pain of shipping items and returning items so I used to avoid both as much as possible. Then I came into this ups for a return earlier this year and I was blown away by how friendly and quick it was. In town FedEx is 20 mins at counter apparently, but this was in and out in under 3 mins for shipping past week. Glad for this option!!”

I've purchased larger works from a couple of other auction houses, only to face an utter fiasco getting it crated, and shipped safely at a reasonable price. This place was superb from start to finish: excellent communication throughout, fair pricing, plus friendly and timely service. Bravo!!! Would give them ten stars if that was allowed.”

“Parking in the area is difficult, but dropping off returns was straightforward. It was empty when I went. There are machines for you to handle pickups and returns on your own, but there is also a worker there to help/if your return is too big for the drop box. I didn't use the machines, so I can't speak to them, but the worker was friendly.”
