“Prices increased A LOT from online prices. Well over a 100% increase. But the place is clean, cool, and has plenty of rolling platforms for all your stuff. Gate failed once on a Saturday night and they actually came and fixed the issue on Sunday which is normally when the office is closed. Greatly appreciated.”

“I was worried about my plants more than my furniture. I have big indoor plants, including a fiddle leaf fig that hates moving. During my long-distance move from Boston to Washington DC, the crew placed it gently inside the truck where it would not get too cold. They even rolled down the truck door slowly so it would not shake. I know it sounds silly, but that kindness made a stressful day easier.”

“I have been a customer since July 20 25 and had been in a tough predicament where my dad passed away and I had to clean out the house and find storage for a lot of my belongings and honestly Alex has just been phenomenal! I have moved internally three or four times looking for different sizes and locations and Alex has been right there supporting me and giving me ideas and actually suggestions on what I should do moving forward as far as holding onto items and what to keep storing and he has been exactly spot on and has been a huge help through all of this and continues to do so.
