“Took the free airport shuttle to the car rental terminal. Used the automated machines to complete my booking which included inserting my drivers license. Once completed I got a printed ticket/document to take to the car lot. Handed this over and got a choice of cars in my rental range. Car was perfect condition. Upon returning the car signage was perfect and easy change over. Quick walk around the car and off we went.”

“Amazing experience renting with Budget at this location. Staff went above and beyond for me and were so kind and understanding. I had reserved at another company but when I went to pick up, there were issues and I thought I would have to cancel our family vacation. Budget took my last minute reservation and I was in and out within minutes. The fleet of cars are great, newer and the car we got was so clean and with a full tank of gas. I will only rent from them for future needs.”

“Great location and great staff. I see some people complaining about wait times and having to show proof of employment. if you are getting a discount from your job then be grateful. I certainly am, because if people abuse the discount then everyone stops getting the discount. In this business wait times are normal. I rent all the time and sometimes it's fast sometimes it's not but this is the norm. price is great here and the staff is wonderful. It's a tough business and they do great with the provided resources.”

“I was worried about the rental experience given all the recent uk publicity of tricks and deceptive policies to get more money out of you or trick you into paying for damage but for me it was okay. They didn’t check over the car before or after though did pay for loss damage protection of that made any difference. Car wasn’t particularly clean but okay for us. I ordered a Rav 4 equivalent but got something bigger but there was a good selection and was offered a choice. Staff were fine and were not pushy and both collection and drop off was quick with limited queues for both late evening pickup and evening drop off.”

“After reading some of these negative reviews, I was skeptical to say the least. Showed up at 9:05am on Monday morning and was out of there with the clean car I’d reserved a couple weeks ahead of time by 9:35am.
Was definitely a one-man show (running the counter, vacuuming the cars, AND pulling them up front), so I can imagine that it got backed up even more over the course of the day. My experience was decent though!”
“The car was great and with low mileage which I had to request because the first vehicle offered had 56k miles on it. Lastly, I appreciate you washing the car but the windows are dirty and frankly a hazard. While your employees are not busy, maybe they can keep the windows and mirrors clean.”
