They're all great and a special shout-out to Lanna who helped me send a quick test fax to my balky fax machine on Sunday and she refused to take any money. 51 Pleasant St, Malden MA 02148
“I like this place, including the hours they have. I ship and pick up boxes all the time for the past 6 years and never had a problem. If you are going to send something make sure you check your address and make sure its correct. If you give the company the wrong info, don't be shocked that the package was sent somewhere else. Make sure you read up on their policy when picking up a package. Go ahead and ask questions so you are all clear when picking up. Customers should be accountable when they make a mistake. it's common sense.”

955 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge MA 02139
“I am so grateful that this is my local UPS store, because everyone that works there is wonderful. Not only are they fast and good at what they do, but they are always friendly, warm and helpful, even though it's almost always extremely busy, and in a pretty small space, too. I hope the people that work at this location know that they are appreciated and add a little bit of brightness in this world! If you have any UPS needs that require a patient and helpful employee, this would be the one to go to.”

“Excellent staff and very quick service. My relatives always complain about the pain of shipping items and returning items so I used to avoid both as much as possible. Then I came into this ups for a return earlier this year and I was blown away by how friendly and quick it was. In town FedEx is 20 mins at counter apparently, but this was in and out in under 3 mins for shipping past week. Glad for this option!!”

He is always professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Today, he took the time to answer all my questions with patience and never made me feel rushed. It's rare to find someone who combines that level of expertise with such a friendly, customer-first attitude. Ryden is an asset to this store!”
