“I had the most wonderful experience at this location. I was working with King, who was so extremely helpful and personable. At various times throughout my new phone purchase, the store got super busy and King handled what could have been very an overwhelming situation, seamlessly. I have been to other Verizon locations in other areas/states and I can genuinely say that this was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had getting/setting up a new phone. “Joshua T saved my life yesterday in his last 10 minutes of closing. My iPhone 13 Pro Max stopped working at the beach all the way in Swampscott. And I only knew one AT&T store off the top of my head without a map, so I rushed as fast as I could through bus and train about 15 miles away. I ran to the store in flip flops so my toe was stubbed, and Josh came through with an emergency kit from the back, and provided me with a new iPhone 15 Pro Max. Huge thank you to him and his immaculate patience! He knows what he’s doing and how to satisfy a customer’s needs, especially in expense. Thanks again Josh!”

“You read about fix-it franchises and reserve skepticism about if they're any good. But when my wife's Pixel 7 took a funny bounce and broke the screen digitizer, the Burlington, MA one was able to get it fixed in an hour. To me, the out-of-pocket price was fair (given I didn't have device insurance and the component part comes as an expensive assembly) and certainly saved me the cost and hassle of getting a new device. And they were really nice about it. The work seems to be holding up a day later. Would bring another device in need of future repair-- at least, to the Burlington, MA store.”

“I had an amazing experience at this phone repair shop! My phone screen suddenly stopped working, and I rushed to the store just 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday night. Despite the late hour, the technician kindly let me in, finished up his other work, and then took the time to review my phone. Fortunately, it turned out to be a minor issue with the screen connection, and he fixed it in no time. Even though it was well past closing, he didn’t charge me anything.
