They were courteous kind and efficient. when they found out they needed a drain hose extension as my space is odd they called the store and Kyle came by and dropped it off and they installed to e extension and ran the units again to make sure all was good and it was great! “I came into this store after Best Buy who tried to fix my frozen phone they did take the phone though for a half hour hooked it up and restarted it when I got there he told me bad news that it wouldn’t turn on. “Chris and his helper were on time, Chris was flexible with the time and date that I needed. He even took the time out for me on his birthday to make sure I had a tv mounted on the day before the Superbowl so that I could watch it. It was very much appreciated. He mounted the TVs perfectly and hid wires as requested.
They did an awesome job and I will be requesting their services again in the near future. I DEFINITELY recommend this company for your tv mounting needs…”

“I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time thanks to Deandre at the T-Mobile store.
I came in fully intending to exchange my new phone because I was convinced it wasn’t the right fit. Rather than rushing me through another transaction or trying to persuade me with a sales pitch, Deandre took the time to truly understand what I was experiencing. He had me compare several phones, encouraged me to actually hold and use them, and even let me try the camera on his own phone so I could experience it in a real-world setting.
What impressed me most was his patience, kindness, and professionalism. He never dismissed my concerns or made me feel like I was being difficult, even though I had already exchanged my phone once. Instead, he helped me separate the phone itself from the bulky case that was affecting my perception. He even refunded the accessory and suggested I purchase a slimmer case elsewhere because he wanted me to love my phone, not just complete a sale.
By the end of the visit, I realized the phone I’d been ready to return was actually the right one for me. That happened because Deandre listened first, educated second, and never pressured me. Customer service like this is rare, and it’s exactly why I would recommend this T-Mobile location to friends and family.
