“Jared and Damian arrived to remove my old washer and dryer and install the new tower unit. They were courteous kind and efficient. when they found out they needed a drain hose extension as my space is odd they called the store and Kyle came by and dropped it off and they installed to e extension and ran the units again to make sure all was good and it was great! I would highly recommend Jared and Damian and doyons for an excellent job well done! I’ll be back for my kitchen appliances soon! Thank u again Brenda Sutherland”

“I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time thanks to Deandre at the T-Mobile store.
I came in fully intending to exchange my new phone because I was convinced it wasn’t the right fit. Rather than rushing me through another transaction or trying to persuade me with a sales pitch, Deandre took the time to truly understand what I was experiencing. He had me compare several phones, encouraged me to actually hold and use them, and even let me try the camera on his own phone so I could experience it in a real-world setting.
What impressed me most was his patience, kindness, and professionalism. He never dismissed my concerns or made me feel like I was being difficult, even though I had already exchanged my phone once. Instead, he helped me separate the phone itself from the bulky case that was affecting my perception. He even refunded the accessory and suggested I purchase a slimmer case elsewhere because he wanted me to love my phone, not just complete a sale.
By the end of the visit, I realized the phone I’d been ready to return was actually the right one for me. That happened because Deandre listened first, educated second, and never pressured me. Customer service like this is rare, and it’s exactly why I would recommend this T-Mobile location to friends and family.

I bought a Motu M2 in summer of 2020 and recently had some some build quality issues. I called and asked what could be done and they said send it in and we'll send you a new one. $15 for shipping there and two weeks later I have a brand new unit that is much improved years after the warranty ended.Definitely will be buying from this company again especially since they make their stuff in the USA.That's how you keep a customer satisfied!”
