“My package was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It did not arrive on Friday. I called and spoke with someone and told him do not deliver my package that I would not be at home that I do not want my package delivered. The man that I spoke with that day did that. I was crying this morning. It said it was out for delivery. I wanted a supervisor. It was not it was on hold for me to pick up. It was a $2k LV bag could not risk that. Thank you so much. So scary.”
“We would like to sincerely thank Lodana for the outstanding service she provided during our passport appointment. My wife and I arrived late due to construction and unexpected delays, but Lodana welcomed us with patience and professionalism.
She handled our passport applications very efficiently and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, including the required procedures , photos and fees. Her knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful experience very smooth and easy for us.

There’s never a line here and they ALWAYS have the most insane selection of stamps including international/global, yearly collections, special character's, historical stuff. They seem to do some passport stuff here too. This is 100% my preferred post office as someone who goes to the post office a lot.”

“I have come here at least once a week for the last 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about this USPS branch. The ladies at USPS Berkley are amazing. They are always super friendly and helpful! There are sometimes long lines if you can't do the self service drop off but that is to be expected with any post office and not anyone's fault. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of. I've sent hundreds of packages over the years and never had a problem. They are always good about doing the initial scan for the package so I can be sure the package is shipped and in good hands. 5 stars!”

“We sent a package to Texas from this location and ran into difficulties that required tracking assistance. The staff here was very helpful despite the fact we had lost the tracking receipt. They looked it up and had a positive attitude through the whole process. Very glad we used this location.”
“Shoutout to the Garden City post office! I had a package that I desperately needed, and it had been delayed for whatever reason with no updated delivery date. I filled out a form online through USPS, and within the hour, someone from the Garden City post office called me.
She explained the reason for the delay, let me know she would follow up the next day to make sure it was delivered or give any updates, and when I mentioned that I needed it by a certain time before work, she even put me on a quick hold to check on it. A moment later, she came back and said they were going to try to have it delivered within the next hour.
Truly so grateful for the kindness, communication, and effort!”
“This particular office is clean, the attendants are respectable to all customers, the only complaint i have I'd they advertise black hero stamp-but they are never in stock...just take down the poster of African American heroes and advertise the forever flower stamp...because those are never out...ridiculous.”

“I've been dropping packages off here for the last couple weeks on my way to work, and they are always as fast as they can be, and I feel like they care a lot about the customer's time being valuable. If there's ever a line, it's been someone coming in and not understanding how to do something, or just having a big order (so that's out of the post office's control on timing) but I can still feel the ladies working with a sense of urgency to get to the next guest. They're always matter-of-fact here and haven't treated me like I'm stupid (I don't know how shipping things works, or at least, I didn't at first - I'm better now), and have gotten my packages their printed labels and scanned in just as fast. They also tend to pay attention to the packages I send having custom writing on one side, and make sure to put the shipping label on the other side, so nothing is covered up :)
This location is very easy to get to as well, at the end of a dead end, so there's almost no traffic to worry about when coming or going except other post office errand folks. The parking lot is large, but the lobby is small. The double doors before entering make a VERY warm / humid entryway, so be warned if you are sensitive to that especially in the summer time; otherwise the building is set up like a normal post office inside! Both doors have push buttons to operate, and the interior doors are always propped open when I've gone, so this is a fairly accessible location I believe (though the entryway vestibule portion is very small and may pose a bit of maneuvering to get a powerchair through with the door swinging clearance).

“After going to the Canton post office, where they wouldn’t give me a piece of tape, I went to the Wayne post office because Canton would mail my package without the piece of tape that they wouldn’t provide me and the Wayne office was fantastic. “For any of you wondering, there is a difference between the Allen Park Post Office and the Allen Park USPS distribution center. The post office is small and it's virtually impossible for packages to be lost for weeks. The distribution center is a completely different ball game.”
