“As a former Enterprise customer, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. After my brother’s car was totaled, he was referred to Enterprise for a rental. I do want to recognize the young woman working at the front desk—she was exceptionally professional, helpful, and deserves far better than the company she represents. I would gladly hire her for my own company and pay her twice what she earns there.
Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was unacceptable. We were given a Jeep Grand Wagoneer in terrible condition that smelled strongly of marijuana, and Enterprise later attempted to charge us more than $4,000, Brad lied and said that I didn't even bring the car with full tank. The matter was handled by a branch manager by the way named Brad at the airport location. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise customers to carefully inspect and document their rental before leaving the property and review every charge closely.”
“Pavi and Jalyan are true definition of customer service, they know exactly how to deal with the clients and their needs, they should be the role model for the other employees at that location.
Employees go above and beyond as I witnessed them handling simultaneous requests (solely) such as answering the calls, dealing with the customers standing in the line and handling returns. Keep it up guys ?. Although I am an Emerald Executive at National, going forward this location would be my favorite as well.”

“The staff was wonderful, we couldn't ask for more polite accommodating people. However the choice of cars was too Limited. We had to choose from a car that was quite a bit smaller than the car we're used to driving or a minivan that was bigger than the vehicle were used to driving. This was okay for my six foot husband but not so much for my 5 foot frame especially considering I am a senior citizen, one of those short baby boomers.”

“Leaving for vacation we received a phone call from Enterprise telling us our vehicle was broken and they don’t have another one. In a panic we called Hertz Woodhaven and spoke with Dajuan who found us the exact SUV and had us driving in an hour! We are now on our way thanks to Hertz and their excellent staff.”

“Landed around 1AM, got on the shuttle after a very brief wait, and quickly picked up the car that we reserved ordered online. Staff were friendly and efficient. Drop off at 3 AM was speedy and easy too. Shuttle was running frequently, even during nighttime hours. Vehicle was exactly as expected, very clean.
Tip: The AVIS shuttle takes you to the car rental!”
