“I’ve rented from this location twice now and have to say that they’ve exceeded my expectations on both occasions! Through no fault of the company, there was an issue with my rental that could not have been foreseen or prevented. In the midst of an already busy morning, Bobby was absolutely top-notch in taking care of me immediately, making sure I was on my way in no time, which was crucial because I was in a time crunch, needing to arrive at my destination by a certain time. I highly recommend this location for your rental needs. Bobby and his team get the job done! Also - the vehicles were well maintained and clean. All around smooth and pleasant car rental experience!”
“I got into a car accident back in August and insurance was set to pay for it. Unfortunately they are a busy shop so I wasn't able to get an appointment until October. Which was fine because drove around until my appointment. They quoted me 2 weeks and it was ready in that time.... they accidentally texted me that it be another week but they cleared that up quickly by explaining within minutes that it was a mistake. They are nice and update you constantly. My car looked STUNNING when I picked it up.... also bonus they cleaned the outside and inside of my car. It took some time BUT THIS PLACE IS A HUNDRED PERCENT WORTH IT!!! Will recommend them to everyone i meet. I usually hate autobody shops but this place blew me away!”

“Contacted this location last week after another location fumbled on my reservation and didn't have a car there for me. I was in an absolute pinch when I called and Drew got me reserved to pick up a car just hours later after one would be returned. They didn't try to charge me extra and no hidden fees. Were fast getting me in the car when I arrived and it was such a nice, clean car. A million times thank you. Will absolutely be back!”

“I’ve rented vehicles from Enterprise multiple times over the past few years due to travel demands for work. Every single person I’ve dealt with, at any location I’ve been to (mostly in the South County/St. Louis County areas) has been so friendly. I always return the car wishing I could just trade it with my own! They’re always clean and comfortable, and always have fun (to me) and helpful features, like Apple Car Play, great storage space and cup holders! Haha! It’s the small things that make great customer service and Enterprise has it! Thank you for making things easy and for being so friendly!”
“My experience with the Kirkwood, MO Enterprise was fantastic! My car was being repaired so I had a rental for several weeks. I enjoyed driving a cute little green mini cooper.Peyton showed me all of the controls on the car and made me very comfortable about driving it. She is very polite, professional and was very helpful when I had to extend my rental time after insurance would not cover the cost.I would highly recommend Enterprise and use again.”
“Always an awesome experience renting from here (Budget). The workers are always awesome and there has never been a wait like at some other rental places. Plus, If I make a reservation they have something for me, even if it is an upgrade. Enterprise will let you make a reservation and then tell you they have nothing to give you. My go-to for car rentals.”
“I am pretty sure I have given them a 5 star review back in 2022 and 2023 when I had my Hyundai ( kai boy) stuff go on. But they have done it again! I forever will be a enterprise customer not only did they show AMAZING customer service and let me keep the car way past the time, they were willing to work with me and give me a ride out to St. peters of no charge just so they could have a vehicle back because they were short on vehicles and I could get mine. I am so grateful for them and will be happy to use them again and again. I will always be looking forward to using enterprise to make life feel a little bit easier. “This is my go to store EVERY TIME I rent a vehicle. I have been a budget customer for over 30 something years. I’m a Rapid Rez member 2. This service at this location never seems to amaze me. Nick is the greatest. He is friendly professional and very respectful. He helps you figure out what needs to be done as well as have what u want or need on his lot. Nick and I have become friends because of me renting all the time. If u need a car GO TO THE DES PERES STORE NICK THE BOMB”

“My survey expired and I badly needed to take it. My mom is in St. Louis and I am in Ohio. I was in a rental car dilemma and Lauren Sitar at the 13750 Manchester Road, Manchester, MO location. Lauren had NO idea what I was going through and certainly was not aware I was prepared to cry my way home for nine hours because I didn’t know if I would see my mom alive again. I feel awful that I let my survey expire but I knew it was going to be an emotional reply so I needed a minute. Apparently, I took too many minutes. Please pass along my gratitude to Lauren and her management team. Lauren’s kindness and support with me trying to navigate what to do about a one way rental was unparalleled. “This location is actually a franchise and operates under a different name when you get there. It is small and doesn't have a huge selection. The bathroom was disgusting, and I'm not really sure if it is routinely used for public use. Despite all this, the front desk person was really friendly and professional. One thing that surprised me is that they asked if I was going out of state, and if you go to another state other than what you told them, there may be other charges. They have reasonable rates cheaper than Enterprise!”

“We have rented from this location regularly since they were in Clayton. Brenda is always helpful and a friendly face. For a recent rental they didn’t have the right vehicle type available at this location due to a recall - but she called me well in advance of our rental time, having found and secured a vehicle for us at another Avis location. While this is a bit inconvenient it is beyond their control and was really excellent customer service in a difficult situation. Thank you!”
“The employees are really nice and professional, especially the manager Chris. He’s always very helpful. My car is always clean and ready when I pick up. I’d recommend this location versus other locations in St. Louis. I do notice that a lot of times customers come in very entitled because they are used to going to the airport location not realizing they can’t get the same benefits at the smaller locations that they can at the airport.. i’ve also witnessed customers coming in hours late for rentals and expecting them to still be there. I was there one day and a customer came in to get a rental that he reserved the day before and was upset it was gone. Personally, I wouldn’t pay attention to the negative reviews because a lot of them are lies from people who were upset that they couldn’t get their way like spoiled children.”
“After having a really bad experience with the Lindbergh location AND the customer support line, I was SO RELIEVED to rent my moving truck from this location. The owner made sure I was on the road quickly after arriving, thoroughly went through estimated costs with me, and was accommodating to my schedule, as they closed at 1. Really just a stand up guy, doing business the right way. Will use for all my future truck rentals.”
