“Ray was very knowledgeable and helped me select shoes that fit much better than my existing shoes. I had good quality Hoka shoes, but unbeknownst to me, they were not really the right shape for my foot. The new ones are basically the same cost as the old ones, but they clearly fit my feet better. He guided me also to inserts that improved the fit further, and also tied the laces differently to hold the heel better. (I also left with better socks and nice pants.) It really was a perfect experience for selecting shoes.”

“I'm writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend who never has good experiences anywhere lol. He was RAVING about this place after he picked up his boots. For 2 months he needed new work boots and we went to Chucks, Boot barn, you name it, and each time he returned the boots he bought. The customer service here is amazing, she told him how to take care of his boots and even gave him extra soles and oil. Thank you guys so much!”

He understood the needs I described and brought out the perfect shoe. He also walked around the store with me and helped me find a pair of shoes for myself. He wasn’t simply selling me shoes. “I visited the store about a month ago to buy a new pair of shoes. I was there about 30 minutes before closing and Travis, the store manager, assured me that he would help me until I found what I needed. He was very patient in walking me through several pairs of shoes and even sold me on getting a second pair so I wouldn't wear mine out so quickly and have more options to choose from. I'm a minimalist so I don't usually get multiple pairs of dress shoes but I'm glad I did. Travis is fantastic at what he does and I'm glad he's there. I'll be back in the future when I need new shoes.”
“Okay don’t get my wrong I love the clothes! My whole closet is pretty much from here. The only thing I would say I don’t care for is how pushy the employees are. Last time I went in I had 3 items of clothing that I wanted to try on. I barely got on the first shirt I had to try on, and an employees arm shoots through the curtain with 2 other shirts that they wanted me to try on. “I recently had to contact MBT USA with regard to a pair of MBT shoes I previously purchased. MBT USA customer service (Sheri) not only listened to my concerns, but was proactive to resolve my issue. I was totally impressed by MBT customer service and I'm loving my new MBT shoes, which is a vast improvement from my previous MBT shoes. It's nice to see a company that backs up their product with stellar customer service. I'm now a fan of MBT!!”
“Affordable prices, a variety of selections to choose from, friendly and trustworthy staff, what more can you ask for?! I shop here for 510-thread cartridges, and they are always kind enough to allow me to check that the product is not damaged/defective before buying it, as a common problem with 510 cartridges is fluid leakage.
I left my wallet there today on accident, and a kind staff member held onto it for me until I called the store! They tried everything they could to get a hold of me up until that point. My wallet was returned just the way it was before I lost it. Grateful and satisfied!”
“I originally called the DSW location in Brentwood, Mo. I spoke with a young lady to ask her if DSW priced matched to the Steve madden website along with others. The young lady immediately stated “Um no we only price match to DSW” I said okay and hung up. I then contacted your DSW location in Manchester, Mo and spoke with a women by the name of Emina. Her greeting me was amazing which the last phone call I did not have the same. I asked Emina the same question and she informed me that DSW COULD price match with Steve Maddens website along with others. I voiced my phone call from the last phone call experience with her sister location and she apologized. She even went as far as to check if her store along with the original store I called had the specific shoe I was looking for in stock. Not only did both locations have the shoe in stock Emina called the Brentwood location and spoke with the supervisor about the situation and also had the supervisor put the shoe on hold for me. I was not expecting this but the fact that she did go above and beyond for me shows gratitude and care for her customers. I’ve shopped with DSW and because of Emina I will continue to patronize this establishment!”
“Forgive me if I got the name wrong, but Max is the man. I frequent all the resale stores in the area and I get recognized by Max every time I come in. Came in yesterday looking for a couple things but they didn’t have what I needed. Told him what I was eyeing up and he came back from the back room with a stack of SB Dunks pretty much exactly the type of releases I like. Instead of just letting me look at display shoes he went out of his way to find stuff they keep stored away to get me hooked up. Ended up walking out with two pairs and super pleased with the pick up and customer service. 10/10, appreciate you guys”
“I ❤Catos!Not gonna lie...I go IN for the phenomenal clearance...which they know, cause then I typically go OUT with several/many clearance items & at least one full price item! LolTheir clothes are mostly true to size, so you CAN buy without trying on...but their customer service (Oakville MO store shout out to Mary!!) is so exemplary that you end up staying & trying on & shopping for accessories. LOL Smart cookies! ;) You almost feel like a bottle of champagne is going to come out next, and I LOVE that "extra" customer service because in this day & age, it is rare!Suggestions?
