We had a problem receiving some mail and he went out of his way to find out what the problem was even after working many hours. “Went in for a passport application and was the first person there. Ahmena (clerk #15 on the receipt) was super nice and helpful! She had me in and out in just about 15 minutes or less! I'm glad she works there!”
“Visited at 11:15 on a Friday. No wait. The post office is small but brightly lit and well laid out. The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful. She may have been the only one working and I don’t know what her lunch break is, but I had a very smooth experience at the time I went. I recommend if you’re downtown.”
“I’ve utilized this post office for 4 1/2 years prior to moving and today I’ve had the best customer service experience. Mr. Hemphill assisted me with retrieving a package that had the wrong address on the shipping label. I spoke to him last week and after he got my information, I told him I will be in contact. By the time I called him the package was already in route to be delivered to the wrong address. He was able to contact the carrier and have the package held back at the facility for me to pick up.

“We still feel the need to take letters INSIDE the post office, after a number of our letters placed in the drop box were stollen last year and thief’s took the checks and forged them for large amounts of money.
I was assured there is a new box that locks better, but we are weary.”

The attendants are consistently pleasant, efficient, and helpful. It’s a dependable spot that makes mailing errands painless.”
“I’ve had a P.O. Box at this location for a while now, and the service has always been great. Cody and the rest of the staff are super friendly and always willing to help out. Whether I need help tracking down a package or just have a quick question, they’re always patient and on it. It’s honestly one of the most helpful post offices I’ve been to. “Had to ship a return item. It was quick and effortless. My only qualm was that I needed to tape the return label to the box and was informed that I needed to purchase my own tape.”
“Bad stuff first: The hours are VERY RANDOM. They close down for lunch at times that aren’t posted. I attempted to drop off packages today and was greeted with: “OUR COMPUTERS ARE DOWN” handmade sign and locked doors. This was on a Saturday, so it’s fitting, and I still had other open post office options. There is no parking lot, so it’s street parking, but that’s never been an issue for me. You won’t find much in the way of packing supplies, so don’t expect to find priority boxes in many sizes/quantities, packing tape, etc.Next, the AWESOME stuff: this spot is very close to my place, the staff is VERY, VERY friendly, which, as we all know, is a rarity when your faced with going to the USPO. There is hardly ever a wait, and if so, it’s less than 5 mins TOPS. I once got bit*hed at by some lady that assumed I jumped the line (obviously not the case, and then offered her my spot), so this is to say that the clientele is pretty, uh, interesting, BUT the workers behind the counter are AWESOME: super efficient, helpful, and friendly. It sometimes feels like my own personal post office, as I get in and out quickly.”
“Despite some of the comments, this USPS location has been pretty good to me. Every time I've gone, the people working there are helpful and get things done. Never had a problem with a package or anything. Just a heads-up, though: it gets packed during lunch and right after work, so try to swing by at a weird time if you can.”
