“This is a review for mail carrier Eric Ramirez. Eric took over for our regular mail carrier who went on maternity leave. We had a problem receiving some mail and he went out of his way to find out what the problem was even after working many hours. “I’ve utilized this post office for 4 1/2 years prior to moving and today I’ve had the best customer service experience. Mr. Hemphill assisted me with retrieving a package that had the wrong address on the shipping label. I spoke to him last week and after he got my information, I told him I will be in contact. By the time I called him the package was already in route to be delivered to the wrong address. He was able to contact the carrier and have the package held back at the facility for me to pick up.

“See some bad posts.. I’ve been shipping packages since 2004. Lots of Post offices east St. Louis. The one on Watson HAS NOT had handles on their big package drop, and takes 72 hours just to get the initial arrival scan! Atleast this location can get their arrivals scans correct!”

“I LOVE Linda! She is so sweet and friendly, always greets me with a big smile, and she is VERY patient.
My husband on the other hand, always comes back from the post office frustrated. He’ll say Linda wouldn’t “let” him ship something, but it’s his own dang fault. He didn’t follow the directions and he has something missing, or has to package it properly, or he didn’t bring any tape.
We laugh about it now, to see who gets their packages accepted by Linda.
She’s a vital part of this community, and I’m so grateful for her!!!”

The atmosphere of this location is so welcoming. You could sense that the whole staff worked well with one another to serve the customers that come in. “This post office location is the sorting facility for the 63122 zip code. You cannot conduct regular postal business here. You will need togo over to the retail store on Kirkwood Rd.You may need to visit this location if the post office is holding a package for you. When you arrive be prepared to ring the bell as the inner door is closed and locked.The postal worker there the day I visited was friendly and helpful.”
“Despite some of the comments, this USPS location has been pretty good to me. Every time I've gone, the people working there are helpful and get things done. Never had a problem with a package or anything. Just a heads-up, though: it gets packed during lunch and right after work, so try to swing by at a weird time if you can.”

The only issue I had was that they are slow to answer the door when you go knocking to check in. Other than that, I was in and out in about an hour and done before my appointment time.”
