907 W Moana Ln, RenoI purchased several fish from this shop a few months ago for my planted tank. I just wanted to write this review solely for the Snowball Amano Shrimp + Zebra Spiny Eel. They are AMAZING. I love these little guys and didn’t think I would enjoy them, but they are so comfortable in this tank that they will hunt bloodworms and fly across the tank. It’s awesome to watch, and I even witnessed one molt at one point which was so cool to see. Since then all of them have molted quite a bit and grown. I will be back! I took this photo right before cleaning the wood don’t judge lol

Bone-Ito - Shop for Dapper Dogs & Cats

I brought my TYM (John Deere and Kobota parts) tractor to them for repairs.While it is taking longer than any of us had hoped, they have been very easy to work with. My only disappointment is that I've had to call them for information more often than I would have wished. It would have been nice if they had called me with updates more regularly

The staff is outstanding, the products are top notch and this company picked up the tab for our local animal shelters FOOD DONATIONS after PetSmart and Petco canceled giving extra food for the dog and cats so corporate staff could have more $$$$. Once that happened, I vowed to only give my money to Pet Station. I'm so thankful for the wonderful staff and I've met the man who started this amazing company, he actually really cares, he's a good person and the people who work at Pet Station are simply excellent. I always recommend this place whenever I can, so this review was a long time comming. I highly recommend Pet Station ~ any location is excellent, but this one is my favorite. My dog Sasha sends her love!!

My boy is (we think) a Cockapoo and is EXTREMELY difficult to groom. He won’t stay still, thrashes around and gets very loud/growly when his paws and butt are touched. Ellie has done an amazing job with him!! She’s been so patient with him, especially since he was described as being one of her most difficult grooms ever. Ellie has always been very communicative about any issues that came up during the grooming, all while being very kind and not at all judgmental. I cannot recommend this salon enough, especially Ellie if you want someone you can trust to take care of your difficult dog.

I am currently switching between having sold my home and purchasing my new home and am very sadly and desperately needing lengthy boarding for my "furry pack" I Found Fredies solely by searching internet and trusting reviews. I unfortunately, unexpectedly, found myself dropping at almost closing time and Dhonna did not hesitate to patiently get us through the paperwork and check in procedures. (I was not aware what was needed, but she was a champ!) She even gave me an entire tour of the place, including where the birds are! Dhonna and all her staff have not disappointed. They continue to be so very kind, considerate and exceptionally understanding and accommodating of my emotionally sad situation. (I am always balling my eyes out every time I go to visit and play with my babies) Dhonna intermittently sends videos or pics of my babies playing. We have excellent text and phone call communications when ever any need arises (even when she was out of the country on vacation, she was still in communication with me!). She checks in with me when needed to ask permission to groom them whenever she sees the need, and boy oh boy, did my super fluffy overgrown pomeranian need help!!! She did an excellent job!!! plus she also updated a couple vaccines that were missing on some of them. The most important part I am so very happy with is that every time I have popped in to see my babies, they have always been very happy, playful. They truly seem interactive and attached with all the staff members. I watch My babies always behave and excitedly "come when called" and "without leashes" follow all the staff everywhere they are told to, when its time to be ushered back to their own kennels. This is such a very sad time for me but I can rest so much easier knowing my babies are in such a great place and being so very well taken care of. I will never take my pets anywhere else.

I made reservations to have them re-evaluated.. a few weeks back.. Dropped them off this morning and they stayed until 3:30.. Staff was friendly and Cece was also there to greet them.. Received a call mid -morning and they passed with flying colors.. There are many advantages of bringing the dogs here and will fit our needs more.. Winston has graduated from 3 obedience classes taught by Susie Jensen, and he has become a much better behaved, calm, and confident dog. As a rescue dog, he is reactive to other dogs, although he loves people. Susie did an in home consultation and gave me guidance about helping him overcome reactivity, then he started obedience classes. He loves the classes and even enjoys practicing his new skills at home. Dog Training by PJ is reward/affirmation based, and they do not use or recommend prong or shock collars. The classes are fun, relaxed, informative, and highly effective. PJs was recommended to us by our vet and I highly recommend them too.

Through the process our dog Sadie went from an anxious wreck jumping on counters and chewing up pillows after being alone for 15 minutes to being able to stay home for 5+ hours with no issues! Sadie still has some work to do but Jennifer gave us the tools help Sadie get there on our own! We are so grateful for all her help.

Our dog - a Border Collie and Staffy mix - loves trails and adventures but isn’t the best at off-leash recall. Now we’re able to take him to a lot of places and have a lot more fun. He heels so easily on walks. He comes back so quickly when called. A lot less stressful for us whenever he meets new dogs and people. After training, our dog came back happy and easier to communicate with.

They were able to maintain the line and saved not only their business but those of us located close to them, we did not see a single fire truck until after the rain came and did the rest of the work abating it (in the fire departments defense they were heavily focused on the senior citizen care center on the other side of the fire). 119 Bell St, RenoI have no words. I had been emailing Krista since last year preparing because I knew my baby's time was drawing near. Communication is too notch. Any questions I had- answered. Accommodations - met. Dr. Green was very patient with our family as we said goodbye. I appreciate the in home services. I wanted my boy to be as peaceful as he could be and he was. Most of my human family has passed on and I must say the compassion, empathy and overall care for not only my sweet boy but my family was next level. I didn't experience such compassion and care when my mother passed. So, when I say just how sweet all the staff were , you just can't imagine how blessed I feel to have found this place. I'm not sure if it's customary or not but the condolences note we received from Dr green just made me ball like a baby. Thank you again for all you do it takes a strong soul to be the arms that can carry the weak when we need it.

It seems every aspect of the process to adopt an animal is taken care of so it makes it such an easy and very quick way to get your new addition to the family.
