I personally use it as my personal car has very high mileage and isn't as reliable as it could be but for a truck to have 280K miles it is just enough for farting around town.
I rent when I take my son and his friends to sporting events because no one wants to put other people's children in danger and God forbid I break down on the GWB.... “Great front desk, no queue and quick to get the keys and get on the road (thanks you Jamal). Easy return system assisted by Rondo who was super helpful. Two small gripes: the rental agreement was a list of about 13 items and made it very difficult to ascertain how much I was paying. Also having paid at the desk for the EZ pass I still got an invoice two weeks later for some unpaid tolls. Overall though easy and quick which is ideal when you’re coming off an international flight.”

“We took a rental for a few days and I only realized the day after we gave the rental back, that I was missing my wallet. I was looking for it everywhere in my house and thought what if it was in the rental, so I called Enterprise, in which they said that they would call me if they find it. My wallet had $200 in it, as well as my ID, my debit card and my credit card. A few hours later, I got a call from Enterprise telling me the great news that they had found my wallet. I went to pick it up with not a single dollar missing and everything intact. Great service and communication from the team.”

He may come across as a bit gruff at first, but he is a really good guy who cares about his business. The vehicles have always been in excellent condition and I was very happy to have recently picked up a brand new RAV4. Having read some of the other reviews, I think there can be a lot of fraud in this industry, so I can understand why they are careful when renting out their vehicles. EZPass is not an issue as I just use mine and try to remember to remove from the vehicle upon return. Branden has always promptly returned my calls. All in all, a much better and quicker experience than renting from an airport location and it feels good to support local business owners.”
