“Frank is the absolute best. My very old Bernina stopped feeding fabric through and he picked up my machine, diagnosed the problem, fully repaired it, and dropped the machine back off within 24 hours. So courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend for sewing machine servicing!!”

“I’m so happy that I went to Expert Appliance Center for repair of my Miele vacuum cleaner which needed a replacement on the hose connection to the machine. Alex, the manager, found the part needed and screwed in the part. Just $49 for the part and I’m all set to go. It turns out that Expert and Desco, my former store now closed, were the first authorized dealers in NYC. That history shows when Alex knew how to fix it and had the replacement part in stock. Other places I called just said the machine was too old and I should buy a new one when this machine was in perfect condition. Alex was so knowledgeable and helpful. Experience counts!
