“Decided to try National SYR back in 2021, after renting from Hertz & Avis and have been with them since. Great service, staff, and car selection (including Audi, BMW, MBZ, Volvo, Land Rover, Cadillac, and rarely even Maserati for upgrades).
During one of my first experiences, I booked a Tesla Model X available on the site, extremely excited that they finally adopted the electric SUV (EUV). Arrived with a huge disappointment since the car was never available and the staff at SYR has never even seen the car. Spoke to the manager Bri (I believe she has moved up in position and moved to a different branch); she was extremely understanding and was able to switch me to a equivalent sized SUV albeit not electric (the EUV available was a volvo that was a lot smaller than the Model X) and treated me with respect. Even recognized that I was a military member and thanked me for my service!
The next experience in Dec 2023 was also superb. Initially came in with a reservation of an Audi A4 but had a previous upgrade. Though staff Marc/Dino said that I just missed an upgrade (previous client just rented an A5) the attendant Anthony overheard and said they may have just received one. After only a few minutes of waiting, they got me into a brand new A5. What a great team striving to make their customers happy!
Another visit in Feb 2024 when I rented a full sized vehicle, though clean and new, did not love the specific brand. Went back to Marc and asked if it is possible to get a different vehicle on the lot. He told me he will try his best and immediately called his supervisor. Viola! Upgraded into a luxury SUV for being a long-time repeat Emerald Club customer. Furthermore, Marc even found the backpack that I accidentally left on the original rental before the switch and returned it to me before I headed out!
Another 2 great recent experiences in Nov & Dec 2024. I’d especially like to recommend Sarah L, the CE manager. Not only did she find the vehicle I requested, she had responded to my concerns with efficiency, grace and understanding, consistently. Sarah has provided unparalleled, sensational customer service, and my experiences just keep getting better! She is a textbook example of what an amazing manager should to be like.

“The Liverpool branch of enterprise literally is amazing. All the staff is amazing and I could not have asked for a better experience renting a car for the first time. What the customer service line does not provide you is that you need a $300 deposit and we were not aware of that until the Liverpool branch we stopped in a week before we got the car and they told us about it. So they literally gave us all the information that the customer service line did not provide. The Liverpool Branch is wonderful and I hope to see them again soon I hope to rent another car from them. We went to Massachusetts obviously to Salem And the 2024 Rogue I upgraded to was Profoundly smooth and a wonderful car to rent. I recommend that to anybody specifically only for $40 more than a regular car. The prices obviously I did not know what to expect but they were outstanding. So yeah, I definitely recommend enterprise.”
“I rented a 2025 Nissan Altima through my insurance and had a great experience with 3 of the employees there. Andie who I believe is new to the W Genesesee location was very kind, helpful & knowledgeable. Emily (I may have her name wrong. I lost her card with info on it) was very kind, Helpful & knowledgeable. Abu was kind, knowledgeable and personable. All were very attentive to my needs, concerns and questions. Give them all a decent raise! I would recommend a friend or family member to this location. Didn’t give it 5 stars because whoever I spoke with over the phone about an issue was rude to me and the towing company. Bless your heart and do better.”

“Rental Car Experience at Newark
My recent car rental experience at Newark was unfortunately negative. Upon picking up my initial rental for a road trip, I discovered the tire pressure was low. This issue persisted through two subsequent vehicle exchanges, requiring me to replace my car multiple times to secure one with proper tire pressure.
Despite these setbacks, Mr. Lawrence at the airport provided exceptional assistance. He was incredibly helpful in accommodating my needs and facilitating the necessary vehicle replacements, ultimately ensuring I received a suitable car for my trip.”

“Best Enterprise Rental Car experience after using Enterprise 10+ years wuz here at Cicero. We are on a boat going through the Erie Canal heading to Canada for the summer. Reserved a car a month B4 our arrival and I called to inquire about pickup service. Parker said no problem just call the day before and I was shocked. So many Enterprise locations will say oh we don't do that or we don't have staff to do pickup/dropoff.....which piss me off as that is a big selling/advertising point for Enterprise. Day B4 our arrival I called and got Parker again, he said no problem will see you tomorrow morning first thing. Sure enough Matt came and got me, found us in the Marina and boom I had a car for two days. Needed to rotate crew in/out at local airport, re-provision and visit Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse before returning the car. It all worked out perfect and I will rent here again for sure. To all the Great Loopers on boats rent a car here they do a great job!!!!!”
