“I have absolutely no clue why I have not written a review on this location. I use to frequent this location before I had to go to some appointments in the area. I was here today cause I also made a stop to Rubinos. To get into this place it's best to go in on the Goodman side the traffic in Ridge can be a bit much. Ok this is a nice store and fairly laid out pretty well. It's not the one I frequent or think it's the best. It's good for what I am looking for but... Some locations have more things and I've found thinks they use to have they have phased out. I wish we had Super Target's around here but.. yea Wegmans would have a spaz. You can pick up some groceries and what not the prices depending on what you want can be either a few bucks more or a hells to the nah. The accessories area always seems to be lacking stuff.. don't know why. Ok.. it's a fairly solid store and you can get what you need. It's pretty tidy and they staff is pleasant enough. Unfortunately you may need to wait to check out and they don't have an self checkout areas. They have a dedicated parking lot. Peace out.”

His relentless positivity kept me on track. He kept referring to the journey we were going on and I genuinely believe he was my shaman. Mike's clarity was another thing that I found refreshing because of all the potentially confusing details, he made it all so easy!”

“Great experience at Verizon,came in with a problem about my phone and Mike Liberti helped me with the whole situation. He was great help even though my warranty was up, advised me to go online and and even spoke to the rep over the phone to make sure everything started off accurately for my replacement. And now I'm back with replacement phone and he helped me activate and get all of my old items... Great service.. Mike Liberti is the guy to see.”

Letz Talk GSM provided quick service, along with very detailed and helpful information about my phone. Both times, they were able to replace my screen in under 15 minutes. I appreciate fast service! I cannot agree about the staff having poor customer service, I would simply suggest that team mates giving each other friendly reminders about their mannerisms. “My review has two parts.First: this store - the associates here are a delight to work with. They're very honest and upfront about pricing, will share with me EXACTLY what will be on my bill, and they're always friendly to whomever comes in the door...even to grouchy people. The store is always immaculately clean, hand sanitizer is available everywhere. Parking is convenient, but the lot gets tricky when it's busy.Second: the service in my area. Speeds in the 5GUC areas are phenomenal - as fast as Greenlight Networks (my home internet provider). I don't drop calls as often as I did with the big red V, but still occasionally drop a call. Call clarity is really good as well, which is important to me as I use my phone for work to call customers and partners. For more rural areas, in the southern tier of NYS, populated areas have service, but areas that have more cows or wildlife than people - you won't have service.Overall - T-Mobile is a good value for what you get, and we are happy with the service.”

“I can’t thank this place enough. Adrian was an amazing salesman from start to finish. They are the only place I found in the area with couches IN STOCK right now, without an 8-12 week wait. When they delivered it at first they couldn’t fit it in the door because of our small landing. After calling Adrian he said he would take care of it and send some other guys that weren’t in a rush to try again. They removed the box, and then got the couch up the stairs and into our apartment. Adrian said they would try to get the couch up in the apartment but if not they would take it back to the store for us and refund us in full. Thank you Adrian, and the men that were great working with us to bring the couch inside. My boyfriend and I will definitely be looking for you guys on my next home purchase.”
