The green spot cafe
6105 Madison St, RidgewoodI moved to Ridgewood a little over a year ago, and this quickly became my go-to spot. On top of the amazing and friendly staff, the food is top quality! Usually, I go for the burger, but I went for breakfast the other day, and it was incredible.

Aunt Ginny's
652 Woodward Ave, RidgewoodThey're sticklers with ID, so make sure you have it on you, or a picture of your passport if you have a weird-looking out of state ID like mine. Additionally, good food and relatively cheap drinks.

Evil Twin Brewing NYC
16-16 George St, RidgewoodBest brewery experience I’ve had in NYC thus far. The space is open, welcoming, and great music. They feature multiple foeder aged lagers and Lukr faucets which are harder to find in Brooklyn than you might imagine. The staff all seem to have a good time working there which is a good indicator that the place has both good energy and product. I’d recommend to any craft beer folks in the area. I did notice some off flavors in their old world styles but the combined experience made up for it.

Julia's
818 Woodward Ave, RidgewoodRecently had brunch here. Cute small places. Really optimized for seating. I sat late compared to my party and quickly ordered the Cuban sandwich. Lord have mercy, that’s how good it was. The bread is great and was toasted to perfection. I kept trying to decide which part of the sandwich really rocked it for me. But I couldn’t figure it out because it was as a whole. The mustard maybe? It’s spicy and Rich’s but it wasn’t over powering and it was warm in the sandwich. Idk, now I’m rambling. Everyone also raved about the bacon. The only dislike from the table was the potatoes. I don’t try but I think maybe they had oregano and my party didn’t seem to like oregano. But Julia’s. I shall be back! With different friends! (No pictures because I just housed that Cuban)
