“Santosh is amazing at the Henrietta location! I reserved a truck online for Brockport location, come to find out no longer exists! He stayed past 5 for me to come and get the truck at his location! Was so helpful and accommodating! The truck was clean and ran great for my 700 mile move! Thank you again for saving the day!”
“Spoke with Fred on Tuesday, he sent a crew out Friday to remove a oil tank, they did a great job! Reasonably priced. Fast service, friendly, and efficient. Definitely would recommend them.”

“Their website is not reliable and they listed a truck as available that actually wasn’t. Kathy, the head honcho at the Rochester location, called us back and let us know that only a van was available. We went with that and she was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Thank you Kathy!”
“Jesse is the man! Thanks for your help in getting us out with the 15' truck despite my fumbling with the UHaul app. One day we'll be back for BBQ! Best to you good sir!”
