“SRI Performance is a fantastic resource to anybody from the grassroots racer through to NASCAR Xfinity teams. They have an incredible used parts department as well as anything new that you might want. If it's not available in store they will know where to locate it and get it shipped.I have seen a lot of changes in staff members over the years but the core team is still there and so is the warm welcome whether it be from a new associate or some that I've been dealing with for 10 years.”

“Went in to purchase another pair of 1080 style shoe. I walk every day and absolutely love them. Kaylee helped me find them and informed me that this version of the 1080 was ending and a new 1080 model was in production. They were on sale and I purchased 3 pairs of the current 1080 version. Kaylee and the staff at this store have always been helpful and knowledgeable. The product is wonderful, but it is the helpfulness of the staff why I will only purchase New Balance at this location.”

“Somehow, my driver shaft broke on the drive from Maryland to North Carolina. I was planning on playing golf in a couple days. I took the driver to All Star Golf. They put a new shaft on and regripped the club in a couple of hours. I hit the driver better than ever the next day. I liked the new grip so well I had four clubs regripped the next day.”

“I've been to this Store a couple times and I never have any issues. Earlier this year I purchased some some sneakers online and then returned them at this location because they didn't fit the way I liked. On my most recent visit I was just browsing to see what they may have and they had a bomb 50% off sale going on and I seen some sneakers that I like. I have a bunch of the same style but different color schemes. 50% off $90?! Yes I will buy these $45 sneakers asap! It was pretty empty in the store and no line so I went up and purchased them and went on about my day!”

“Not going to lie, I have been to several Nike outlets on the east coast. This one is the most organized and clean I have ever been to. Lots of variety in every size. I wear a size 12 and feel pretty limited in the selection. However they had so many choices I was overwhelmed.”

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Neil, Joey, and Greyson on different occasions.Most recently, the last two times I’ve randomly stopped in, I’ve received the absolute BEST treatment as a customer. They remember who you are, greet you when you walk in, ask how they can assist you, and then thank you for your business. This may seem like: “That’s what they’re supposed to do,” but I can assure you not many businesses do this.Super well done! I’ll continue bringing my business here! As for the comments on their pricing structure, it actually makes sense. They run a business, which means they’re supposed to make money. If you can’t accept that you’re still saving money off retail, go pay sticker price elsewhere.”

“Met a wonderful young lady who assisted me with an Online exchange. Julie was extremely pleasant with helping me exchange a sweatshirt that I bought my daughter for Christmas. She went above and beyond when she indicated to me that she knew the item was discounted from the time I bought it and honored the lower price by issuing me a refund for the difference. She could have just done "her job" and processed my exchange, however she left me feeling very happy with the level or service and gained a loyal customer in the process. Thanks Julie and team.
