“Yesterday, the 17th, I visited the business, and a newly installed printer was causing issues for the staff member, not the employee's fault. She remained courteous throughout our ordeal, even apologizing, even though there was no reason to, given the technical difficulties. I had to grab a few items nearby and asked if I could come back within the hour after giving her time to work through the problem, and she politely agreed. Later, I returned, and the issue was fixed, and I met another staff member who was also courteous. I believe one was a supervisor and the other an employee. I left with what I originally came for and just want to express praise for this business and how they treated not only me but also other members of the community I saw come in, treating them just as well. Thank you.”

The UPS store number 2688 on Dickerson Boulevard in Monroe is all of that. When I tell you they bring the creative, critical thinking, problem solving, never say die vibe, all undergirded by expertise, common sense, and a customer service perspective, I mean every word of that. They have delivered for me every time and exceeded my expectations every time. And I ask for a lot. So I am giving them the highest recommendation with absolutely no reservation. Go there and ask them for help and you're not going to be disappointed. Special shout out to Abby who, in the midst of a store full of customers, helped me navigate and get what I needed while still delivering customer service to all the people in line. Everybody was served and satisfied. My problem was resolved in the flow and she just kept it moving. And I really want to give special praise to Linda as the leader there because she has shown up for me herself. And it's obvious that she has done a great job hiring and instilling in her team the value and the expectation of excellence with every opportunity. So cheers UPS store on Dickerson Boulevard.
