“One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had the store manager Christine is extremely patient and sweet and caring went above and beyond to help us even though she was busy we waited patiently for our boxes to be packed to be by her self she was on point deserves a raise also the A4 print job I was reading that is a European measurement so your staff did an amazing job as that would not be their fault also I didn't think it was your employee job to fix a internal issue with the printer I was there this day as well and she was very nasty and rude to the employee who was trying to help her and it was not the store manager. Your employees have always shown professionalism. People need to understand that we do the American standard of measures not European that it should be stated when they come in and not harass the staff for not knowing another countries measures”

I showed up about 25 minutes after they had closed not realizing they were closed and an employee met me at the door and told me they were closed, but then proceeded to take my return. I didn’t even have to ask. They are super polite, kind and I will definitely return.”
“Amazing customer service at store 7995 on Indian Trail Run! I needed some documents notarized & Tricia had no issue with me emailing them to her (I had signed them early?) She offered to print them out again. It was the dumbest mistake but she was so unbothered by it. I took a lot of their time but they were sweet & understanding. Andrea took care of the other customers in the store while I was being helped. I will absolutely come here again for their services.”

Leslie and Melanie are absolutely incredible. I’ve been coming to UPS Store #4069 on Stevens Mill Road for years, and every single visit feels like I’m walking into my own personal office. They know me by name, have my corporate mail ready before I even ask, and always go above and beyond to take care of anything I need — printing, shipping, boxing, whatever.
It’s rare to find people who take this much pride in their work and treat customers with this level of care and professionalism. These two run this place like pros — fast, friendly, and always on point.
If you’re looking for top-tier service and a team that actually gives a damn, this is the only UPS Store you need to go to. Five stars every time. ???”

“Just finished visiting this store. Jai went above and beyond to not only help me but multi-task helping other customers at the same time to make sure everyone was helped in a timely manner.Not only was he notarizing for one customer, he was also sending a package out for another, helping a third client return equipment to an internet provider, all while asking what modifications and sizes I needed on the high quality pictures I was printing. He and the other employees in the store really seem to care about the customer experience.I have always had a great experience at this store and will certainly be going back to print photos, notarize future paperwork, and ship packages in the future.Highly recommend this store!”

Then, we saw the regular afternoon UPS late afternoon Pickup Driver to thank him for his work. He remembered our daughter from seeing our family for over 10 years! Extremely impressed!

“Extremely grateful for their accommodation. I'm working remotely with no printer and needed to print and mail in excess of 100 pages with 7 mailing labels. I phoned first then emailed my docs explaining I had no car and would arrive in 30 minutes by Uber. I walked in the door with my driver waiting. My print job was waiting for me, perfectly done with labels and docs in the right order. I paid and was out in less than 5 minutes. I can't leave Charlotte without thanking the owner for his insight, very fair pricing, and his help packing my docs in a rain proof sleeve. He provided overwhelmingly fine service and better pricing than his chain store competitor beginning with "U," across the street, whom I had found independent, arrogant, and expensive. BizXpress is a better choice.”

I agree with lot of reviews. Terrible customer service with particular employee. I came in with amazon returns (already labeled and boxed) and she rolled her eyes and said “oh they better not be all returns”. Like what does it matter to you? The store makes money off it. Sigh”
“Great location for self serve of Amazon returns. No waiting and very timely. In and out fast with code on your phone ahead of time. The staff help can go side ways at times as for some reason misses the fact that without customers there would be no job. Good to be busy.”
