“Been doing all my shipping from this store and have had my mailbox there for 2.5 yrs and this team is nothing short of amazing. There is almost never a line - they are super fast, they run multiple transactions same time, all the team is super well trained so no one is stuck figuring out what to do and they are always super helpful when I call to ask about my mail or a service. Luis and his team have been perfect partners for my business and personal shipping and receiving needs!! And my 5 yrs old always gets a wooden airplane that he loves from this store! <3”

“I have visited several times and always find the store well staffed with friendly, knowledgeable, and professional people. They have helped me with Spectrum and Amazon returns, as well as shipping and notary. Always get in and out with fast, accurate, and helpful service.

The location is convenient, being next to a pharmacy, grocery, gas station, auto care, several restaurants and some specialty shops. We can pick up prescriptions, drop off Amazon returns, and grab dinner (or fixins for dinner) all in one stop.”

“I had to return some office equipment. I went to four other "Fedex" locations before coming here. They turned out to be inside of CVS or Walgreens locations, which are unable to scan QR codes, print labels, or take codes for payment. This office, on the other hand... Great customer service, minimum wait time, & they take care of boxing up everything and made the process seamless. I highly recommend this FedEx office for any of your shipping needs!”

“Matthew here is awesome!!!!! I sent out a package 2 weeks ago and lost the receipt with the tracking number. He checked time by time every shipment that day to try and find it, eventually he scanned an expired QR code and was able to reprint the label with the tracking label. ABOVE AND BEYOND in customer service/support. Will be using this shipping office from now on.”

“Just finished visiting this store. Jai went above and beyond to not only help me but multi-task helping other customers at the same time to make sure everyone was helped in a timely manner.Not only was he notarizing for one customer, he was also sending a package out for another, helping a third client return equipment to an internet provider, all while asking what modifications and sizes I needed on the high quality pictures I was printing. He and the other employees in the store really seem to care about the customer experience.I have always had a great experience at this store and will certainly be going back to print photos, notarize future paperwork, and ship packages in the future.Highly recommend this store!”

“I started visiting the Colony Rd. location, a few months ago. I knew instantly, by their demeanors, and the unfriendly way that I was greeted (if at all), that the two middle-aged ladies would be problematic. However, I quickly changed their attitudes, by striking up a friendly conversation. Basically, killed them (no, not laterally) with kindness—haha. It works every single time! I no longer dread going to this convenient location!

UPDATE 8/3/24: New, younger employees. Very friendly and extremely helpful. One young lady went out of her way to assist me with bringing in a very heavy parcel—without me asking for assistance. I do believe that the owner has taken note of the negative reviews, and is making changes to make this a welcoming store.”

“De'andra (I hope I'm spelling that right) was easily the most helpful person I spoke with from FedEx at all today, and I spoke to almost half a dozen. I called this location out of sheer desperation, last ditch effort to speak to the local ship station. She was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful, inquiring into my issue and doing everything in her power to get me connected to the ship station. While she was unfortunately unsuccessful, her dedicated effort to help me was sincerely appreciated, and says a lot about this location as a whole.”

“Extremely grateful for their accommodation. I'm working remotely with no printer and needed to print and mail in excess of 100 pages with 7 mailing labels. I phoned first then emailed my docs explaining I had no car and would arrive in 30 minutes by Uber. I walked in the door with my driver waiting. My print job was waiting for me, perfectly done with labels and docs in the right order. I paid and was out in less than 5 minutes. I can't leave Charlotte without thanking the owner for his insight, very fair pricing, and his help packing my docs in a rain proof sleeve. He provided overwhelmingly fine service and better pricing than his chain store competitor beginning with "U," across the street, whom I had found independent, arrogant, and expensive. BizXpress is a better choice.”
