“My Android phone was completely locked & I did not have a password to unlock it. Mike tried everything & all kinds of passwords to get it unlocked but everything failed. Finally we decided reset to factory defaults was the best thing to do. He was patient & kind as he not only got the phone unlocked but set up all of my new settings! Everything took a long time because we were trying to save all of my photos. As it turned out, I did lose some of my photos, but not my apps or my contacts. He then went to my Bronco with me & got my phone set up. I was back in business. Thank you Mike & Tony for all that you did to get my phone running again!”
“I believe his name is John. I could be wrong the service here is unmatched. I was referred here from another phone repair shop. That speaks volumes itself. Repairs are timely parts ordering is quick. There is so many food things to be said. YOU WILL NOT REGRET DOING BUSINESS HERE. They can keep your device new. And keep you from having to buy a new phone every two years.. he also fixes computers and all sorts of electronic devices.”

My boyfriend needed an upgrade from an iPhone 12 Pro Max, and the person was kind enough to walk him through every step of the process. He even helped set up his watch for him. “Visited the store to look into switching our carrier from T-Mobile to Verizon. Not only did we switch carriers, we also ended up getting new phones. Aiden took great care of us and transfered all our data from our old phones to the new ones. Aiden was super professional and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend stopping in and talking with him if you're thinking about changing carriers and/or updating your phones.”

“Came in today to turn in my wifi router and get my port out pin. Was assisted by Maya (my apologies if I spelled her name wrong) and she was wonderful! She was able to get ahold of the correct department to get the PIN number. She was very patient and pleasant! 10/10 experience!!”

Full disclosure, I wrote a similar review for the Cricket store in Warrensville Hits. but Matt works at the Maple Hts. store. However, I hope all Cricket stores provide such amazing service.”
“There's no way that this store & the Mayfield Heights store are the same company. Tierra was wonderful. She listened without cutting me off. She couldn't solve my problem but got her manager in no time flat who also couldn't help. However she was able to get someone from corporate on the phone with me in minutes. Unfortunately, that guy kept talking over me also but finally put his supervisor, Curtis, on the phone who stopped talking & listened & said oh you're right there shouldn't be a downpayment on anything that's free. Thank you Tiera & Curtis for solving my problem. I hope you both get raises, promotions or at least acknowledged for retaining a 13 year customer. Guess I spoke too soon. Curtis was supposed to call at 4:30 to complete the correction, it's 5:06 & no Curtis. We'll see what next months phone bill looks like.”
