Full stop. As though I should know where this shelf is and have no problem managing this 40 gallon tank myself.
But then another associate jumped right in, telling me to pull my car up and she would bring it out, which she did. She then proceeded to load it into my car for me while assuring me that if I had any issues I should come back for help troubleshooting, and reviewing the return policy. I didn't get her name, but she was great!!

I was a little nervous because she gets so upset, especially with men, but she warmed right up to him. Usually she dives out of a groomer's arms and into mine, but she was content to let him continue to cuddle her while he updated me. Poor girl needed a buzz cut but allowed him to do everything easily. I'm amazed! 10/10 will be going back.

We have been taking our animals here for about the last 15 years and even before the current and beautiful state of the art facility. If you want a caring vet that provides gold standard care, it is here. I cannot say enough positive things about the kindness, and competence shown to myself, my husband, and our beloved pets. They have helped us navigate some tough health issues with our dogs. The staff thoroughly answers questions, takes his/her time with you, and at times even sits on the floor with your pet so they feel more comfortable. At my most recent visit, my pup didn’t even seem to notice her shots being administered. Thank you to the staff and owners that obviously share the passion and love of animals, and their well being!
They are also the recipient of the 2023 AAHA award (and yes it’s kind of a really big deal)- they deserve it!

I have been looking for a trainer for the past 5 months after my dog was bit by a dog. There was no trainer I could find that would work with him without using a choke, shock, spike method. Which I absolutely did not want for my baby. I did not want him to be in more pain than he already was.
After looking on the internet for MONTHS, seemed like forever. I saw a student and owner that has been trained by the Ohio state k-9 college at a dog park and I was amazed at how she listened to her owner and behaved. Dog’s name was Gracie, owner was Thelma. Gracie trusted her owner and was very friendly with me and my dog (who was scared of other dogs after what happened )
After the research, couldn’t find anyone that teaches the 100% voice control method like Joe which I absolutely wanted. So I had to meet him , to also get the same training for my dog. I have been in shock and amazed at how he works with his dogs. He gave me a live demonstration of his Belgian Malinois and she was ONLY 6 months old. She was so well trained with no EQUIPMENT. She OBEYED the FIRST command with (whisper and hand commands) while standing right in front of my dog touching noses. If you don’t believe me check out the rest of the other reviews on here. Check his website also, he is the only one who has a website that explains exactly what he can do to help you and your dog. No one else offers the state of the art system he uses. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND YOU WILL BE AT JOE’s. ALL the reviewers did.

Throughout that time, the team emailed and checked in on him often and even donated to a fundraiser to help pay for some of his surgery. That was a tough time and it meant the world that they cared so much about him and our family. He's back at daycare now and living his best life. They give you a report card to tell you what he did and didn't do so combined with the puppy cams you feel a part of his learning experience. A couple downsides though: on their website, there is no puppy school package and nothing that tells you if you buy the standard package and you have a puppy then he's automatically enrolled. Also the cameras have angles that are not good and have many BIG blindspots. They only schedule tours during narrow hours which I work so one is usually not available.

The process was amazing, all completely seamless! Bonus: Aaron, the technician, was helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about the whole process. So grateful this company was willing to step outside the ordinary (pet fence) and do such good work for us!
