Full stop. As though I should know where this shelf is and have no problem managing this 40 gallon tank myself.
But then another associate jumped right in, telling me to pull my car up and she would bring it out, which she did. She then proceeded to load it into my car for me while assuring me that if I had any issues I should come back for help troubleshooting, and reviewing the return policy. I didn't get her name, but she was great!!

I was a little nervous because she gets so upset, especially with men, but she warmed right up to him. Usually she dives out of a groomer's arms and into mine, but she was content to let him continue to cuddle her while he updated me. Poor girl needed a buzz cut but allowed him to do everything easily. I'm amazed! 10/10 will be going back.

I have had experiences with other places that just treat you like a number and they do not seem to care about the welfare of your animals just as long as they can collect as much money as they can and still cannot tell you what is wrong.

2507 Ashbury Rd, ColumbusI am so EXCITED I found Ohio State K-9 College!! I have been training my Belgian Malinois, Nova, on my own, but I feel like I'm doing a disservice to her, and she deserves real, professional trainingn by a Master Trainer.
I have spent countless hours researching over several months, and it has left me more overwhelmed and confused than ever. Looking at all the different amateur training school options, not one of them provides all of the courses that Ohio State K-9 College provides, including the effective 1 on 1 training with the only Master Trainer in central Ohio.
When I found the website, I immediately closed all of my other tabs, because I finally found what I have been looking for. Just by reading the valuable information the website provides, I learned more in 30 minutes, than I did in hours and hours of research I have done in the past.
My dog is my absolute pride & joy, and my entire world. I will put anything & everything into her training - I just want to do it the best way possible, with a real Master Trainer (this makes a HUGE difference!!). She is an extremely fast learner, and deserves the absolute best!
I am ecstatic to have found Ohio State K-9 College!! I can't wait to work with Joe, his furbabies Sky (Sky is the limit!) & Star, and be a great part of their team! He spent a considerable amount of time explaining everything to me on the phone, and got me on his schedule within days! He also provides several of his classes for free!!! (socialization, housebreaking, obedience). I NEVER say that I am excited for Monday, but I am because thats when we get to start!!
READ the website, do you research and go to a real Master Trainer to give your furbaby the absolute best training experience possible!! There is only one Master Trainer in the region, and that is Joe!

They give you a report card to tell you what he did and didn't do so combined with the puppy cams you feel a part of his learning experience. A couple downsides though: on their website, there is no puppy school package and nothing that tells you if you buy the standard package and you have a puppy then he's automatically enrolled. Also the cameras have angles that are not good and have many BIG blindspots. They only schedule tours during narrow hours which I work so one is usually not available.

Throughout that time, the team emailed and checked in on him often and even donated to a fundraiser to help pay for some of his surgery. That was a tough time and it meant the world that they cared so much about him and our family. He's back at daycare now and living his best life. The only downside is that our boy never wants to leave! :) Thank you, Top Dog!

It was fun to watch him make the drinks, I’ve never seen an espresso set up quite like what he had going.

They have a great outdoor space as alwats with a food truck. Then they added the side patio AND THEN the entire garden upstairs. The space upstairs is used for all kinds of events and yoga. Alwats good service - they move quick. If you don't like the food truck, Budd dairy is across the street with plenty of options. Parking here is tricky as on-street is the only available. Budd dairy has a small lot - but it's mostly parking permit on the side streets. They also host vintage markets in the summer on Sundays. I have found parking across the street. You'll be driving a bit but it's doable. Enjoy the space!

We got $5.00 vouchers with a gift card purchase for our next trip. The atmosphere parking lot was well plowed and someone had built tiny little snowmen on the sign which was very cute.

Columbus Dog Connection
2761 Johnstown Rd, ColumbusI dropped off a beautiful ginger girl found in a parking to get spayed, combo tested and vaccinated. There's a sign out front asking people to wait. A staff member came out very quickly and check in was extremely easy. They called me mid afternoon when she was ready and pick up was also super easy.

Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center
4340 Tamarack Blvd, ColumbusLoved this place, was my first time adopting and they were very easy to talk to, they let me walk the dog and I was able to adopt within an hour, no complications, he had a respiratory infection which is no worries they provided medication for it and he was better than ever within a few days.
