I can't remember their names but I received excellent customer service from the Manager and one of the employees.She helped me with returning my internet Box. And the man even found a box for me & packed it up! I highly appreciate them.after the horrible experience i had at the Verizon on ridge rd. Wish I would have came to this location first. 5 stars”

He was extremely helpful and getting rid of some of the passwords and the fraudulent activity that was going on my phone that was leading to me into a danger and he helped me through all of it. “There's no way that this store & the Mayfield Heights store are the same company. Tierra was wonderful. She listened without cutting me off. She couldn't solve my problem but got her manager in no time flat who also couldn't help. However she was able to get someone from corporate on the phone with me in minutes. Unfortunately, that guy kept talking over me also but finally put his supervisor, Curtis, on the phone who stopped talking & listened & said oh you're right there shouldn't be a downpayment on anything that's free. Thank you Tiera & Curtis for solving my problem. I hope you both get raises, promotions or at least acknowledged for retaining a 13 year customer. Guess I spoke too soon. Curtis was supposed to call at 4:30 to complete the correction, it's 5:06 & no Curtis. We'll see what next months phone bill looks like.”

“The staff went overly above and beyond. They were all so patient and attentive. Made the necessary recommendation and made it happen, which allowed for me to get a new phone. I entered the store upset, exited with a huge smile on my face. So shout out to store# 2VSL, if it wasn't for them I'd be back in the same predicament at some point with the same headache of a phone that I initially had. Signed the lady with the zfold flip with the black screen lol. Aye T-Mobile that phone need not be sold anymore, that's the second one that I went thru in 1 year due to the screen going black, so I'd recommend taking that one off the list of phones yall sell!!! But other than that, thank all that assisted me during my visit at store# 2VSL.”
