“The reason I came to this store today was to search out a new phone that best suited my style. As I came into the store I was greeted immediately, and advised that the agent would be right with me, which I appreciated. When an agent became available I was given all of my options, cost, and different options I could do. He asked me what I needed: what I liked and didn't liked. He explained everything in detail while writing it out for me. I never felt rushed and enjoyed a conversation while my data was being transferred. The agent was very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with me. I'll be back for my next pho n e.”

She has talked about it all day! Is was so great! It truly was. I was worried pulling in they would try to pitch us. Which I would if totally understood if they did. “I had previously visited the store to review my options for a new phone. I am not tech savvy but Nimo was patient and so very helpful. When i returned to actually purchase phone Nimo still took time to review the family plan i am on, and explain and demonstrate the model i was thinking of. Not only was he working with me, at the same time he was resolving a customer's problem with corporate, again in the same calm manner. And was also trying to get another customer's phone ready to transfer to a new model. We all felt that he was giving each of us his attention. It was amazing to watch him toggle back and forth with each problem with total calm!I totally appreciated all of his help, he explained everything and more with a smile on his face.Nimo should be considered a very valuable asset.
