“There's no way that this store & the Mayfield Heights store are the same company. Tierra was wonderful. She listened without cutting me off. She couldn't solve my problem but got her manager in no time flat who also couldn't help. However she was able to get someone from corporate on the phone with me in minutes. Unfortunately, that guy kept talking over me also but finally put his supervisor, Curtis, on the phone who stopped talking & listened & said oh you're right there shouldn't be a downpayment on anything that's free. Thank you Tiera & Curtis for solving my problem. I hope you both get raises, promotions or at least acknowledged for retaining a 13 year customer. Guess I spoke too soon. Curtis was supposed to call at 4:30 to complete the correction, it's 5:06 & no Curtis. We'll see what next months phone bill looks like.”

“I had visited a Verizon store to talk with someone about upgrading my plan and possibly saving a few bucks each month while at the same time adding a phone to my plan for my son. I ended up at the Macedonia location.
I'm not very tech savvy and trying to decipher the Verizon bill is next to impossible for myself as well as trying to understand plan differences and which would be the best way to go without losing key plan advantages and also what Verizon could offer.
I sat down and talked with a salesperson by the name of Darrian and he couldn't have been more patient and more helpful in helping me to understand how he could help upgrade my plan and yet save money while getting a better improved plan.. He was very easy to talk with and was very patient with all the questions I myself as well as my son had. The entire staff at that store seemed to be very friendly and they all seem to have a good work team environment. Thank you so much Darrian for all your help.”

“My Android phone was completely locked & I did not have a password to unlock it. Mike tried everything & all kinds of passwords to get it unlocked but everything failed. Finally we decided reset to factory defaults was the best thing to do. He was patient & kind as he not only got the phone unlocked but set up all of my new settings! Everything took a long time because we were trying to save all of my photos. As it turned out, I did lose some of my photos, but not my apps or my contacts. He then went to my Bronco with me & got my phone set up. I was back in business. Thank you Mike & Tony for all that you did to get my phone running again!”
“I cracked my phone screen and I was so mad at myself. I called around to several places. I was unimpressed with everyone except for Expo. Chris at Expo was friendly, knowledgeable and explained my options thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. He was careful to let me know the pros and cons. Once I selected an option, he did everything he said he was going to do and did it in a timely fashion. Now my phone is as good as new and if I ever need any phone services, I will definitely be going to Expo!”
“Elliot was AMAZING. We spent 1 hour on the phone with an Att rep and he couldn’t help us AT ALL. We drove past the ATT store and ELLIOTT greeted us with a smile. Told him our situation and he was able to fix the problem in less than 5 minutes! My 75 year old mother with memory loss challenges was so relieved and started singing his praises. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!”
“Went to this store to upgrade internet service.Under staffed and was forced to wait unacceptable time. When a young man came on shift he was knowledgeable and able to sign us to an new internet which is an improvement over what we had and fair price
