“Prior to going to the Verizon store in Engkewood; I sought help from the IT over the phone. I talked to them fir hours. But they were unable to allow my phone to send text messages. . Chris at the Englewood location fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes”

“I don't know his name, but he is fantastic. He has fixed my phone when I hit the wrong buttons and can't get it to work. He helped me pick a phone for my daughter that she loves. When I saw the dog bluetooth speaker some time ago he made sure I got one in a perfect looking box because I told him it would be for Grandpa as a gift. He put screen protectors on our phones, he helped pick out the phone case for my phone. If you need help, go to this store, if it can be fixed this guy can do it for you, and he never makes you feel bad for asking.”

“We stop in here when visiting family in Ohio. We've shopped in store, used curbside pick up and today we stopped by the tire center because we needed air in tires. The tire center employees were the nicest, most helpful and the best experience we've had with Sam's Club employees and wanted to give them a shout out! Definitely recommend!”
“Didn't have a problem with Spectrum other than when the year was up, they raised my monthly charge. I called and tried to talk to customer service. They wouldn't work any kind of deal. I had 300mb service and went to Metronet for 1gb for same price. When I went into the store to drop off my stuff and cancel my service, the lady said I should have come in there and talked to them. Nice lady! Pricing is now competitive with Metronet. Start working the deals Spectrum!”
